This place is all about GREED and is a terrible banking center. They only value the customers that continuously accept their offers for more accounts and credit cards. Not the place to do regular banking!! I’m a student and I don’t need your credit cards!!

Absolutely dreadful experience with this bank. I cannot stress enough how imperative it is to steer clear of their services. Their customer service is shockingly rude, blatantly disregarding basic decency.My ordeal began when I failed to receive a promised bonus, only to be met with a barrage of blame-shifting tactics from the bank. A banker assured me of my eligibility, but I was ultimately left high and dry with no compensation. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to close my account, they threatened me with a ludicrous ban spanning seven years, effectively exiling me from their services for life.Furthermore, their appointment system is an exercise in frustration. Despite the bank appearing nearly empty, securing an appointment is arduous, with no same-day slots available. It's bewildering to witness such inefficiency, especially when those with appointments are given priority over walk-ins, regardless of their wait time. Clearly, the bank is either woefully understaffed or plagued by an inexcusable lack of initiative, leaving customers stranded in limbo for upwards of 30-40 minutes.Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs. With their abysmal treatment of customers and a system prioritizing bureaucracy over basic assistance, it's evident that this bank is more concerned with deterrence than service.

Worst experience i have had so far in any bank in asu. Was late for my appointment and asked me to wait for 40 min and than the other guy without any appointment was assisted and i was asked to reschedule , like how does that even work.Worst banking experience.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We opened a checking account in Feb 2021. I've been contacting Jake Sugges since then and now Jonathan Hefflinger. It is now November 11, 2022. I still don't have electronic access to our account and both Jake and Jonathan have continued to ignore me. Run far away from this place! We will be closing our account and taking our business to a bank that values its customers.

Throughout my time at this bank I can tell you staff is very cordial and willing to answer questions. During my last interaction the staff member Kianna was especially helpful and patient with my financial needs. There is a strong commitment to customer service.

This is a warning and a review of the Midfirst official website, they might allow you to do appointments on the weekends but there aren't actually open, do not try to come, even if your parents think it is a good idea.Staff were friendly and all but the IT department needs to step up their gameThey did NOT note down my name on my account or on my Pitchfork card properly even after corrections

I made an appointment to open an account as it was recommended by the new student advisor. I arrived on time and after filling out a short application, I was told to wait and they would be with me in a few minutes. They had me waiting for 58 minutes. It's very irritating to have to sit and watch other customers being served while I'm sitting on a hard bench for almost an hour. I don't mean to rant but this is not how you do business. I went back in line and asked for the application back and chucked in the trash. I understand this is a small branch on a college campus but that's just ridiculous behavior.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this in person location. They’ve helped me numerous times getting my card reactivated and with deposits. The staff is always kind and professional!
