Super cute little enclave of shops and seating with a coffee shop inside (Gio's Coffee). A great place to take a quick break from the hustle and bustle of downtown featuring a mini waterfall and other small water features giving this space a relaxing sound of nature and running water.

Let's be honest, there was a time when Mill Avenue was the place to go in the valley, now there are so many other great options as well. I can't even guess how many of the locations on Mill avenue are currently vacant, but it's a lot.
It seems like all of the things that would make Mill Avenue great. The Downtown Tempe Authority won't allow them to do.

A fun little shopping center on Mill Avenue that has its own charm. My only issue with it is that a lot of the shops have very weird hours, meaning that you have to go at a very specific time of day to ensure that they might be open.

This is a nice little shopping center right in the middle of the Mill avenue district of tempe.
This little alcove with a bunch more shops is really interesting as well.
It's very nice, and there's also a couple of fountains as well.
Overall this area is cool and has good places to shop and eat as well.
