Susan at minute clinic on Broadway in Tempe was so helpful to me. I had impacted ear wax and she worked so hard at trying different things and even recommended an over the counter product which helped to soften it and we returned later. At that time she was able to finish the job. She is very compassionate and so practical and helpful! Thank you Susan!!!!

They won't see anyone at least 30 min before they close, just FYI. The hours should have said close at 5p (or maybe sooner), because the guy sitting on his phone not seeing someone said I couldn't be seen at 5:05. This was after I let him know I have some swollen tonsils, and just need to get some antibiotics if it's strep/tonsiltis (which I have had several times in the past and know the routine).Common courtesy, if you aren't doing business, you're closed, not open.

This was our third stop trying to get my son’s earache treated before having to go to the emergency because we are from out of state and no one else could help. Susan V. squeezed my son in despite not having any more appointments for today and being by herself. She was so patient and helpful and was able to prescribe my son an antibiotic. Thank you so much Susan!!!

Advertises itself at a walk in clinic, but you need an appointment to be seen. System doesn’t even work properly to schedule an appointment.

From being checked-in, to the nurse practitioner, to the pharmacy tech, to the pharmacist each showed me care and concern. Thank you all for taking care of me. I was in pain and you not only took care of my physical health but restored my faith urgent care. I would suggest this clean, prompt clinic to everyone.

At a time when going to the doctor feels like a covid interrogation and can be an overwhelming experiencing, this appointment was so convenient and helpful. Thank you Susan for your kindness and care!

Was very rude and did not recommend any alternate service. Likes to make people feel bad with bad attitude while they’re already sick rather than helping them.

It's flu season, have you had your flu shot? I know I have, thanks to Minute Clinic! Scheduling was super easy online, and I got email reminders. Text reminders are also available if you wish. When you get to the CVS, you sign in at a kiosk and fill out oodles and oodles of information on the screen but keep going, there's an end in sight! After everything was complete, my NP was ready for me. Patricia was my NP. She checked beforehand to make sure the flu vaccine was covered by my insurance and that we were in-network with Minute Clinic. She was kind, a delight to talk to, and I barely felt a thing! Flu shots are a piece of cake anyways. After the shot she printed out all the pertinent info for us and if you have a primary care physician they'll send the info to them too. Overall it was a good experience!

Had to have blood drawn and the guy refused to use the vein that my doctor has used. I had a really horrible experience of almost passing out halfway through the second vial. I told him "I don't feel so good" as my head was dropping and he said "Two more seconds" and those seconds seemed like an eternity. I really felt like I was going to die. He really didn't show much concern other than saying "it happens". I've got great vascularity in that arm and I worked hard to maintain it but I feel like real damage was done and that part of the vein that showed in my arm is just gone and there's a huge bump and it's super sore. I don't really feel like they showed a lot of concern for me and I'd be really surprised if they check on me today. I'd have preferred to have spoken to someone privately about this but I didn't find any way to do that.

Don't schedule any test or care with them. They cancel your appointment right before your scheduled time without explanation.Had to reschedule mine and wasted my time.Untrustworthy.

Uthona ASSUMED that I was done with a transaction because she was being lazy and unprofessional. I believe I interrupted her texting or something so she was not physically or mentally present in the interaction. She was not listening because she didn't want to have to do double the work and she thought I was going to be forced to do things her way when I AM THE CONSUMER. I spend more money at CVS than almost any other store and I can prove it easily. Third shift staff are unprofessional, inefficient, lack humility and at one point girl who was helping me was combative and didn't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I just came from Tempe st Luke's and needed some important things. Melatonin, water, Benadryl etc. i had multiple coupons, she had to void out one transaction because I added a coupon to my card after she rung me up. She just looked at me awkwardly and asked if I wanted to use the coupon because she would have to start the transaction over. I told her that's fine. I guess she didn't like being "inconvenienced" however why wouldn't I save $1.50 on a pack of water or whatever it is. I'm struggling as it is and I'm sick. I just wanted to use my coupons in a way where it was the most beneficial. I LEFT THE STORE WITH NOTHING! MY COUPONS WHERE GONE! RUEBEN (Manager) said he couldn't do anything and ESTHER had an attitude as well and she was worried about restocking not trying to hear what I was trying to accomplish. For me to go to THIS specific CVS store almost 3-4x I feel like what transpired was completely avoidable. I could have at least got a store credit from UTHONA not listening. I wanted to buy my melatonin $3 off $15 as a separate transaction. She would just stared at me like she was annoyed or hated her job and I'm used to the employees being friendly. If Rueben, Uthona and Esther are going to work this shift I feel bad for this store! I can guarantee this will not be the only complaint. I should not be penalized for trying to use my coupons in a way to save me the most money! That's why they are there. Now I'm not going to be able to sleep because my coupon vanished and I spent a nice amount of time in the store, I could have went else where and received better treatment. I'm really disappointed. I stopped shopping at Walgreens to come to CVS. I loved the old fashioned coupons... but now, I am going to have to travel out of my way to avoid these individuals who don't care about there job duties! Thanks for nothing!

They packed up and left before my scheduled appointment.Using their website, I scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccination for 5:30 Sunday evening. Instructions were to wait in my car until called in.I got there at 5:25. Still no phone call by 5:45. I tried calling them but got a useless recording. So I walked in and they were locked up and gone. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Don't let people book appointments for when you're apparently not open.

I was just here picking up rubbing alcohol for my work. I did try to buy more than the maximum but was very understanding when they told me I couldn't buy more. Due to the fact that it was for a business and not for personal use I asked if I could speak to a manager to make an exception for me, not being pushy at all. Every other cvs has made this exception for me. This particular store was fully stocked so I thought it would be fine. The man up front refused to let me speak to a manager and started to raise his voice and really started to embarrass me. A lady next to me saw he was being rude and offered to buy some for me. He refused that as well and continued being condescending to me. I understand rules are rules but the fact he was so rude was unnecessary. I am shy and not confrontational whatsoever. I walked out of there with tears in my eyes from the embarrassment. The guy I spoke to was African American and slim.

Older Asian lady that works during the day has terrible customer service. It started with her attitude then she asked me for my number for the rewards thing and in store discount and then right after had me type it in. Keep in mind the line super longer and she's rude and going super slow. I get two drinks that were 2 for $2.50 and she says total 4.10. I told her they were on sale she was super rude and said let me go check and proceed to walk to the back of the store with a full line. I said never mind when she was halfway and left she's terrible. I was more concerned for the line than she was.
