I wanted to leave this review because I usually have a great helpful experience with Ace Cash Express in Tempe, AZ. I have to say Tish is such a wonderful person who has such great customer service and always willing to help you if she can. Tish is very helpful and quick and the reason I continue to use Ace Cash Express. Thank you.

I normally do not leave reviews but the way I was treated by Carla at this particular location was too bad. The rudeness. And unprofessional manner is so surprising. I was given misinformation about my extension for a loan. And being a consumer on an interest loan. When you're told something and then told another. It's very upsetting. My issue was not resolved. Carla hung up on me two times. I normally see her when I make my payments. So I'm very surprised that she treated me so poorly on the phone. Please don't go to this location go to Beatrice on 19th ave in Phoenix. She used to work there before Carla. Carla treated me like I was beneath her because I have a loan. She talked to me in a manner that she knew how to insult me as a person. It's already bad that I had to get a loan to help myself through a challenging time. But to be treated like IM just a LOAN. Is unacceptable.

Beatrice goes above and beyond customer service... compared to other cash checking places where they are not happy with their job and grumpy and act like you are a chore and bugging them (when it is actually their job) I felt degraded at other places and this is my first time having to deal with the check cashing places but wow what an experience UGH!! it was a delight to see such a positive enthusiastic delightful example of how anyone in the job field should be towards any client! I think that she could teach a lot of people positive qualities and.. Ace Cash should be very thankful!!! Seriously to have her as A shining star and excellent example of how to do your job at the best of your ability to the fullest potential and yeah go out of her way to make sure you are treated with respect she's very professional she is positive in a great mood and congratulations To her employer for hiring her I believe any company would be lucky to have an employee like this from what I've been through I am in awe! Beatrice thank you again and sweetie you should be a customer service representative for the entire company
