Had a really great experience. I had surgical work that needed to be completed in stages over the course of a year. The equipment that they have on site is state of the art. From the initial consultation to the completion of both surgeries, everyone that I worked with was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The amount of work that needed to be done was really expensive and New Horizon made it affordable and possible for me. Super grateful \\u003c3

I liked my hygienist there, so I gave this place a second chance. I have never been treated so bad. Their equipment doesn't work. And nobody cares.

I can’t give enough stars for this place. Today was the day my smile returns and it was all thanks to the great staff and dentists at New Horizon. They made it simple, affordable, comfortable and fun. And now I can fully smile again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is AMAZING!! I wanted implants and everywhere I went was soooo expensive, I thought I would need to take out a mortgage!! Then I found New Horizon and it was the answer to my prayers. They have affordable options and are extremely friendly. Don’t just make an appointment, tell someone you know that needs dental work/implants that they can finally get them now! Thank so much, you’ve forever changed my life.

It's a Terrible place.I spend over 10 months there and they did nothing.When they remove my teeth .they told me i have to go to a specjalist..(ALL-ON4).The doctor disappeared and was never to be heard from againn.His name is Clark Chen,very foul practice and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.I PAID $4000 up front they removed all my teeth and put in lower jaw implants that heal over time in a 6 month time span ,They didnt't even touch my upper jaw for 10 months,the bones already dissipated in that 10 month time span.After the 10 months i was given dentures that didn't even fit.They said that they can't do anything for me after those 10 months and told me that I have to go to a specialist for bone reconstruction.

This review is from a very different perspective; I am a dental hygienist who was filling in for this office & I can’t say enough about how wonderful these practitioners are with their patients. I have never witnessed the level of compassion for their patients (all walks of life.) Each patient had the best care, explanations of services offered and were all treated as if they were family members of the employees. Each team member was also more than willing to jump in and help me with questions regarding their procedures or willing to jump in and translate for me.I feel anyone would be so lucky to have care from such genuine people. They only want the best for you and to give you a reason to smile! Hats off to this practice!

They all were very friendly and very helpful and even though they couldnt help me with my certain situation they referred me to a dentist who could work with my health conditions.

My attempt to improve my appearance ends in disaster. I've had gum disease for 30+ years with extensive bone loss so I was surprised when New Horizon dentists told me I was a good candidate for implants. I was given false information by multiple employees. I was told if I prepaid $1000 a temporary denture would be made to wear after extractions, before implants. When I arrived at one appointment to have a mold made of my teeth the dentists changed their minds and decided I should have my teeth extracted first - an appointment for nothing. At another appointment I was given novacane for no reason. When the denture was ready it was made incorrectly and wouldn't even fit in my mouth. A new mold was then made. Two hours after leaving that appointment a stranger told me I had blue stuff all over my face. It was the substance used in making the mold. I was shocked that several employees allowed me to leave without informing me. I ended up with a denture so loose that it falls out of my mouth. Long story short I have a denture I can't even wear, they refuse to refund the $1000, and I would give anything to have my dingy old teeth back.

They Cancel my implants procedure. BUT they cancel us due to the COVID spread.They never call us to reschedule appointment or just to return us the money back what do we require since month ?

I was at New Horizons for implanted dentures. Their website advertised a price of $2500-$3500 per arch. When I got my estimate it was $22,000. Or they could do a snap set for $12,000. I've got the written documentation. I smell a RIP OFF. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. Oh, they said the price was outdated online, but nope, I researched it and the price was added to the website in December, 2021. Check the wayback machine for yourself and SEE.

I'm sad I had a poor experience here because the staff and most of the doctors seem really nice and great. However, if you decide to become a patient a New Horizon, avoid Dr. Samuels at all costs! I came here looking to get an impacted tooth removed and a dental implant placed. I only got as far as my tooth removed before I decided to not continue with the rest of my treatment. Dr. Samuels removed my tooth and in the process, chipped the back of one of my front teeth, placed the wrong kind of bone graft, and prescribed me a medicated mouthwash that I was told by another Dr. here that I wasn't supposed to be prescribed. I developed an infection after having my tooth removed and bone graft placed and Dr. Moody was the one who take care of my infection and he gave me a great experience. After waiting 2 months for my bone graft to heal, I went in for a scan to see if the bone graft held up well enough for an implant. The doctor was too busy to look at my results the day I got the scan so they sent me home and told me to wait for a phone call. I called probably twice a week asking for Dr. Samuels to get me the results of my scan and I was repeatedly told she would contact me by the end of the day, the end of the week, etc. 2 months had passed and I still hadn't gotten a call from her but I was told by other staff to just go in for my cleaning appointment and they would set up my implant appointment at the cleaning, which we did. Two days before my implant appointment, Dr. Samuels finally calls me back about my bone scan and tells me she isn't sure if the bone is enough to hold an implant and isn't sure if they'll check at my implant placement appointment and suggests putting me on her schedule for the implant instead. I really don't want her doing anymore damage to my mouth so I ask if she can check to see if they'll do another scan at my already scheduled appointment, she says she'll ask and call me back. But of course she never called back, so I called the next day only to find out the day before my appointment, Dr. Samuels canceled my appointment without telling me. It's been 4 days and she still hasn't called to talk to me about anything, but I don't plan on having anymore work done here if it's going to be with Dr. Samuels anyway. So if you're looking for discounted dental care, make sure it's not with Dr. Samuels.

Amazing crew and I had almost given up hope until I found them. They are the only affordable place in the entire united states that would help me. I go back in April for extractions and implants. While I'm nervous I know after talking with the staff all is going to be well. I am eagerly awaiting my chance to actually smile and eat foods again. Thank you all ahead of time for the opportunity.

At 62 years of age I have s as Keats been deathly afraid of the dentist due to past experiences!!! I have to say that today changed the way I feel about dentists & I’m SO very happy that I decided to check out New Horizon Dental Center! From the moment I stepped in till the moment I left, The way they made me feel about my self, the confidence they gave me going through multiple implants & how comfortable they ALL age me was amazing. I just wish I had found them sooner & I think ALL dentists should take a page in their book. Thank you ALL so much!! See you in 2 weeks! ??
