Worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with every single time I call nobody seems to know what’s going on and they don’t give out the right information. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the claims department for two days now and no one will answer the phone.

Newrez acquired my loan from Caliber which has been great with fantastic customer service. NewRez is completely the opposite. Extremely poor customer service experience.

I seriously hate this company. I also hate my prior mortgage company that sold our mortgage to this pathetic excuse of a company.
