I've been going to this location for years and the crew here always provides excellent customer service. The last couple times we have dealt with Jason and he is on point. He will help you anyway he can and makes the experience that much better. My wife and I will continue to wear Oakley and always come to this location.

Cole helped us with my wife's glasses a few months ago. We ended up getting 2 pairs. Today, we came in and he helped me with my pair. Great knowledge of the product and fantastic customer service.

Refused to take a return WITHIN their 30 day policy since I did not have the box. Sunglasses are in perfect condition and have all accessories but I guess I just have to lose $570. Thanks for making sense with your policies guys

I scratched up my Mainlink XL lenses pretty badly this weekend, so we headed to the Oakley store. As soon as we walked in, two friendly guys greeted us. I showed them my sunglasses, and they said, “Yep, we’ve got those.” They brought out a couple of replacement options and explained the differences between the colors and shades. I walked out with a brand-new pair of lenses installed and everything cleaned up nicely. I was very happy with the service!

Bought some Oakleys at Sunglass Hut and wanted to take my glasses to an actual Oakley store to have them adjusted. I called and spoke with Audra and she was very nice. I got to the store and she had left for the night but let Cole know what was going on. He was looking at my glasses and try to adjust them but it wasn’t perfect. He said “I can just exchange your pair for you”, he had 2 display pairs and one was scratched so he got the other pair and they were perfect! He just exchanged them, no questions asked. I was so unbelievably impressed with the customer service at this location. Thank you Cole for your help!!
