I went in looking for good deals on women's t-shirts. This store wasn't what I thought it was going to be.
I thought this place would be where all the Old Navy merchandise that didn't sell at other stores was sent to be sold at rock bottom prices. Nope. This place was just like every other Old Navy location I've ever been to.
In my opinion, 30% off too much is still too much. I didn't buy anything.
However, the store was clean and well lit. The merchandise was all folded/stocked neatly and everything was well organized.
I would have given this place 3 stars, but my brother-in-law did find some pants and a shirt that fit him and that he liked, so I'm giving this store the benefit of rounding up to 4 stars.

Was ordering online during a 50% off sale that ended at midnight. Accidentally refreshed my cart just 2 min after midnight while trying to get a supposed deal on shipping for orders over $50 and then everything doubled in price. I felt so swindled I had to clear my shopping cart.
I'm so sincerely insulted I don't think I will shop Old Navy again (unless they have the same clothes on sale again) which is a pity since they have nice active wear (although they're always out of the best colors). What a joke.

I went shopping for my daughter and Alexis was awesome. Every time I needed assistance she was very pleasant and willing to help. Never felt like I was inconveniencing her. Just can’t find this type of service anywhere. Thank you Alexis just for being you.
