“From day one, the staff advocated for me better than my own doctors! It’s nice to be treated more like a person rather than just a patient. I’ve been to a lot of infusion centers and this one is by far the best I’ve ever had the honor of receiving care from. I’ve been with Option Care for over a year now when I was put on TPN for my Crohn’s Disease in 2021. My husband and I have never had issues with billing. Their responses to my questions and needs have always been efficient and thorough. I’ve been given lots of treatment information, medical supplies, and even taught new skills to help manage my health. The Tempe AZ site doesn't follow sterile compounding protocols and management tries to cover it up. Their main compound tech wears street clothes instead of clean scrubs in the buffer room, takes naps in buffer room and wears outside shoes in the buffer room. That's not sterile or compliant.

Horrible experience working with their billing department. I believe they may be outsourced outside the US since their is a language barrier each time we speak with them. Have been trying to resolve a billing issue since April 2022. Four months later and still spend HOURs on the phone trying to get my co-pay assistance resolved. Even have all parties on the phone and the only thing they say is they will get back to me. However, they never call you back. Extremely frustrating that we will be looking for another infusion site since their billing department cannot resolve issues.

Nurses are great, Billing on the other hand is absolutely horrible , Multiple calls not getting my Issues resolved nor being helpful. Being lied to about the claims, Not even trying to help in anyway. This is why I did not want to go back for my treatments there, They assure you , you wont get billed , Be careful using them you may get a bill that was assured was not my responsibility.
