My daughter decided out of nowhere to get a hamster! I had no idea where to begin. The associate who helped was extremely helpful. We left that day feeling confident and empowered!

I went to this location about a week ago to purchase some of their fresh pet vital dog food and the flavor I wanted was not available so I grabbed a different flavor and the two that I grabbed were expired, so I gave them to an employee. I then went back to the case to grab another one and found that all of the packages were expired items. I went to the cashier to let her know that all of their sirloin, fresh pet vital was expired and she said she would tell a manager. I just went back today and those same tubes of food that are expired are still sitting in the refrigerated case. You have lost me for life as a customer because I don’t think it’s OK to be selling expired food that some people may not know that they need to check. Shame on you Petco.

Petco didn’t have the item I wanted to buy in store so they ordered it online and it arrived at my house a couple days later. I also received great ideas about my stray cat I found from one of your employees.

We have never used Petco grooming services. Always used their competitor. While it's a little confusing if you haven't been in their store before, the Cashier was happy to help. Emily was the groomer, for our 2 older dogs. She did a great job!! We're very pleased with the experience!! ☺️

Incredibly helpful store associate-I had left another pet store by a different company just before arriving at Petco-the other store (Petsmart) had an employee which was very pushy and came off as condescending; they tried to upsell us on a $200 enclosure which I could not afford at the time. I felt uncomfortable and left the other store without buying an enclosure for my new baby crested gecko. Upon arriving at Petco, my son and I were browsing the reptile section and trying to decide on which plants to buy. We were approached by a store associate who was so kind and helpful, that we ended up buying not only a terrarium, but also some plants, and a heater. I am so thankful for the help and grace he showed us which made me feel comfortable enough to invest in a larger enclosure for my new pet. We will definitely be back!

I am unbelievably angry. I’ve been a vital care member for almost two years now and things have been good. I loved everyone working there. Today I brought Penny in for a nail trim, and when Emily B took the leash she pulled her by her NECK. I said “please don’t pull her by her neck!” And she rolled her eyes and continued to pull her. This is absolutelynot how an animal should be treated; and you would think once I said something, she would’ve apologized and picked her up… but no. I’ve cancelled my subscription and will be going to a groomer. It’s one thing to be administratively bad (there were some issues with the viral care program, but that’s okay) but treating animals like this is unacceptable. Corporate said they’d look into this, and I sure hope Emily no longer gets to treat animals like this.
