worst place to buy jewelr. I purchased a gold bracelet. its thin and didn’t even last a year but it was very expensiv. wasted my money for th braclet to break within a year and nothing they could do it about it. why buy from your cheap then? if it cant be replaced a year later. I’m very upset I choose this cheap place to do business with then the sales associates doesn’t make it any better because they are RUDE!!! the store manager has no empathy just wants your money! Don’t shop with them if your looking for nice jewelry and quality!

Great selection!! Dana is absolutely thee best! She helped us all the way through beginning to end. So many questions she answered, and she was sooo happy and friendly the whole time w my picky self!!Too bad the other ladies aren't as nice

I did my third hole with them after a month I want to say my piercing got so bad infected. The earring went inside the hole it was so hard to get it out. ? I been letting it to heal so I can show them. Plus I feel a bump on the hole. It completely close but still hurts.

Don't go here for everyday jewelry or if you expect great customer service. Also, their solid gold seems to be hollow inside. Buy elsewhere if you want your jewelry to last.

I just got my 10 month old daughters ears pierced. Let me highly recommend you to go see Cash and Chloe. They were amazing and very patient with the whole process. They are in the kiosk near the Windsor store.

A little more than a week ago I dropped by to get my ears pierced. I had bought earrings from another pagoda, but wanted to get them in. I can't remember the cashiers name, but he was a very kind African American male who told me the procedures and why I couldn't just get the piercings I bought placed in (because it's not sanitary.) I picked out a pair of 'piercing' piercings, and he sat me down to get them placed in. He was very sanitary, and didn't mark my ears just once, but kept marking to make sure the piercings would be in a good spot. My friends agreed the spots were good, and he popped them in. Pretty much painless. About ten minutes to get the ears marked and the piercings placed. I've been really happy since, diligently cleaning them and making sure no infections occur. I definitely would get my ears pierced here again if I didn't already!

I went to ask if they would pierce my daughters ears after she was 2 months (just to confirm, some places due to covid are not) anyway the employee said yes, to just come whenever and they would be able to. Went and the employee said it was by appointment only. I then asked when’s the next available appointment. She just told me to hold on and went to see what another person needed. She came back and said the next one was at 5 so I left and was going to go back. I got there at 5:04 since I was feeding my daughter. As I was walking up the same lady looked me dead in the eye and started walking out of the stand and LEFT. I go up to the employee there and ask if she was coming back because I came to get my daughters ears pierced, I’m just a little late to my appointment. The other employee said oh no you can come back tomorrow at 12. She left for the day. They have one piercer. I was upset that the first time I went she didn’t say I needed an appointment, then for the employee to see me and straight up just leave! I would’ve at least appreciated a “I’m sorry but, you are late and it’s the end of my shift now” or something! Lol anyway. Probably won’t be taking my business there anymore. Used To buy my pendants there for my necklaces but whatever.

I think mall kiosks get a bad rap. However, I came in and there was one girl working who was already dealing with people. I came in wanting a new nose ring but wanted to actually see it in person before I decided which one since I already looked online. She made sure that I was still there and said she'd be right with me. Another girl came a short while later and eventually helped me. I kept asking to take pieces out (hate being that indecisive person) but she assured me that it was no problem and said take as many as you want out. I found the one I liked the best and as I was getting checked out the girl complimented me and made it quick and easy. I think it was overall a fair price for the piece I got and I love how it looks even though it have more jewels than I came in wanting!

Best customer service, very friendly staff, the girl that helped me out showed me different belly rings and was very engaging and talked to me about piercings. She helped me pick a beautiful gold belly ring. Best experience I’ve ever had with Piercing Pagoda.

I went here for a nose piercing , which was a big mistake. I know why would anyone get their nose pierced in the mall, but I did it because the employee there told me they were allowed to... Which was a complete lie. No one in this company is allowed to do NOSE piercings , they don't have the correct equipment for it either. Anyways , chick pierced my NOSE with a EAR PIERCING GUN and that hurt really bad. Anyways , my nose completely rejected it because they also don't have the right initial nose piercing to do this either, they told me to use a band aid to keep it in. Anyways after going back and forth with them since September, I called corporate just to be informed that they were NEVER supposed to do the damn piercing in the first place .I would honestly just not go back to this location for jewelry period .They're staff isn't helpful they'll give you a good run around until your return dates expire. Smh.

Worst place ever wish I never got my nose pierced here they messed up the first time the needle didn't go all the way through then the second time I have a infection they told me to let it heal so they can try the other side but it's scarred from the first time! I want my money back they suck !! $60 wasted
