Most unprofessional and completely incompetent printing shop I've ever seen. I print atleast $5000 worth of banners a year so I've worked with alot of shops all over the country !! These people quoted me gave me a pick up time, when I arrived 1 out of 5 signs were correct/ finished so I had to drive 40 min back home just to drive back the next day. I called to be sure it was all ready. They said the banners might not be. So I pushed it to the next morning clearly explaining I need the decals to pass the health permit inspection for my cart and that was at 1pm the same morning I would pick up the signs. They assured me it would be ready. When I got there they forgot to print my front decal. At this point I'm gonna be late to my inspection and probably have to wait another month to get another appointment!!! Then they had the audacity of charging me not only full price but wanted me to pay for there mistakes. Unbelievable! I'll never be back!

I am a Director of Marketing for a local start up in AZ and I have been working with Printing Specialists for over a year. After inheriting a not very great relationship with a different local print center, Nora and her team have been absolutely amazing to work with! They are quick to respond, provide fast detailed quotes, get items ordered and designed and even helped us with a missing booth emergency at an event out of state. They were able to re-print our booth backdrop within a matter of 48 hours and ship directly to our event quite literally saving the day after FedEx lost our entire booth! They also have delivered our large orders directly to our office which is another lifesaver. I highly recommend Printing Specialists for all your company's printing needs.

Marcus and the Printing Specialists team provide such great support for our Project C.U.R.E. warehouses and events! Recently we one of our warehouse banners was damaged. I asked for a replacement and it was produced, shipped and delivered in just a week!
