TOP TIER!!! As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed by smiles and greetings! I don’t think I’ve ever been given a storage unit that fast’ and I’ve been to multiple! Erica was so polite and patient and helped me find the necessary size unit I needed and it was PERFECT!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend

Erika and Joanne, local Public Storage team members, made the move-in experience much better for us. Erika reassured us of the overall process and accessibility to our storage location. Joanne welcomed us as we began unloading the moving truck. And Joanne began a lifeline for us as well, offering additional water to two guys who would have easily been affected by heat stroke had she not been there for us.

4 months after starting my service, the monthly price increased nearly $100. After cancelling, they charged me for a full additional month that I was not using their service. Additionally, these units get VERY dusty. Your stuff will be coated in dust in a short period of time. Beware.

I've been at public storage for 15years. Been thru lots of managers onsite. Erica my current manager is top notch. Shes informative personable available and helpful
I appreciate her keeping me up to date. I have multiple units it's a lot to keep track of. She's great. Love this location

I paid for an indoor storage to avoid as I needed to store garments .
They gave me an outdoor storage.!
I left several messages to property managers, who don’t seem to be around .
It’s all about money without proper service in return.
Now , I have to accept my loss of one month lease and move to another location.
You can’t complain to anyone to get help.
