It's suppose to be a cooled storage place. Well for months now it is not. People pay to have a cooled storage unit. No one seems to think that maybe they should notify their customers either. BAD BUSINESS

This place is terrible. I had a fraud charge on my bank account and I called them to explain what had happened and they said that I still needed to pay a bad check fee that they charged me twice and they charged me for a late fee as well. I have rented from several public storages and this on is the worst. They are even raising my rent from 60 to 120. They are not willing to work with you at all. They said that if I don't pay the $12 they are going to put mu stuff up for auction. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE AC IS NOT WORKING, THE BASEMENT IS SO HOT MY CANDLES IN ONE OF MY BOXES ARE MELTED. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS******

I can’t say enough good things about Tracy. I had to drill out my lock and was fully prepared to pay for a new one, but she didn’t charge me a thing. On top of that, she showed up to help me on her day off — that kind of dedication and kindness is rare. She made a stressful situation feel easy, and I’m so grateful for her help. If you’re storing your things anywhere, this is the place to do it — and Tracy is the reason why. Thank you again!

It’s been great so far and my space is perfect for my belongings. Climate controlled makes all the difference in the world when it comes to organizing and going in and out. Lifesaver!

While going through hardship public storage
Remnded me the second day of the month that my rent was late. On the twenty four day of the month. staff cut my lock to prepare my belongings for auction.
