The biggest issue here is the lack of access and poor communication. Their office hours are 9:30 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, but everything gets locked up during those times. I moved all the way from Dallas and had to hand-load everything myself because of it. Extremely frustrating and poorly managed.
