They don't prorate at all, even if you move out on the first. They're not willing to work with you. Half of the time the carts they have are locked up and can't be used.

I came in and mark was amazing and super helpful. I highly recommend this place for those that like fast and easy service and no gimmicks... Throughout my entire stay mark had been so awesome and such a cool guy to talk to, he has made this place a welcoming business and treat for good folk like myself.

This place sucks so bad! This is been twice every time I try to access it’s locked and nobody’s in the office during open hours!!! I need to get stuff from the storage unit and there’s no way I can access and tell me that I need to see a manager and it pissed me off! I’m gonna have to run another storage unit because they’re locked and I can’t get my stuff

Hello, I’m highly disappointed in Public Storage. I wouldn’t recommend this storage company to a picnic ant. I should have read my contract more carefully! I was 80.00 short and fell on hard times. They didn’t even want to stop the auction process. I can’t wait to get my items out of their storage. They are CROOKS. I hope y’all go bankrupt and never make another dime! Y’all are greedy just like all the other billionaires and corporations. It’s sick. Y’all need to exposed!!! PUBLIC STORAGE IS GREEDY!!! I will make sure that once I move my items out of there, I will NEVER USE Y’ALL AGAIN. They are already charging me for October. They will never get that from me. GOOD RIDDANCE!
