JoAnne is always cheerful and kind. This review is solely for JoAnne. Other employees could learn by her example. I was ready to move units to another facility but JoAnne tried to help me out as best as she could. She is always present in the aisles when I’m getting holiday gear out and she is always helpful. I’ve been with storage unit properties over many years and this is by far got the best customer service so far. I wanna give special thanks and big shout out to property manager Andy/Andrew for his help today regarding my lock that needed to get cut and replaced. My lock key got jammed and stuck and I ended up breaking it half while trying to open my lock but thanks to Andy he was able to get it replaced quickly and with very little cost. Unlike Extra space storage who would have charged an arm and a leg for the price of changing and cutting the lock. Thank you so much Andy and Public Storage team!!!

I’ve had challenges with my storage unit (no fault of Public Storage) for 7 months. I’ve talked with over a dozen people from Public Storage and though every person has been kind and respectful, I’ve been unable to get anywhere with ANYTHING!! However, once Luke got involved things have finally come to an end and has worked wonderfully. I would certainly recommend when needing to get a storage room that going to the Public Storage at 8303 S Priest and dealing with Luke would be in anyone’s best interest. A wonderful young man to deal with who makes your experience with Public Storage a 5 Star experience!!!! Thank you Luke for all you’ve done to help me!!!
