The best shop! Brandon helped me a lot as well as other guys! Would highly recommend to everyone! These guys are not after money, they don’t wanna take all your money, instead they try to help you and make the service cheaper! It’s not like other shops where you see millions of stupid extra fees, and they don’t stay on their word! They keep changing, but these guys are exceptional!!!! Brandon even waived the alignment for me such a nice man! Other workers are also really professional! Thank you so much guys, it was very generous and professional of you!

I stopped in for an oil change and requested a vehicle inspection. They did the work and gave me a list of items. No pressure or upsell. I highly recommend this shop and have already told members of my family.

I purchased tires from them a couple months ago. They were the most affordable place in Tempe and the service was fast. I’ve since had to return twice for low tire pressure and they’ve taken care of me each time in a timely manner without hassle or trying to sale me on something. Thanks for being good to your customers.

Woke up to a flat tire on a Sunday. Most options were closed, but I found Big Brand Tire & Service open until 4p nearby 42 E Southern in Tempe. Made online appt w/in an hour. They say they fix flats for free. Sure enough, they (Mike & Brian) did what they said for FREE. I Highly recommend these guys, and will go back for future service.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday and limped my car into this station… They proceeded to install my spare for no charge! Highly recommended and a big thank you to the manager and worker who put the tire on

Kevin was fantastic to work with. My son is at ASU and needed new tires. Kevin handled everything. I got a great set of tires, an alignment and great customer service. Great working w/ Big Brand Tire & Service.

Went in today for a basic oil change Kevin McCarthy was the front desk advisor & I am unsure who the tech was working on my car but after getting my car back I noticed my bracket mount was broken & before leaving the parking lot I tried to go inside & bring it to Kevin’s attention & got absolutely no where with Kevin. He was unprofessional & had every excuse in the book instead of resolving the matter. Never again will I bring my car back here & now I have to replace my mount out of pocket when in reality they should reimburse me for the damage that was done by the tech! If the store manager Brian Hazelton see’s this review feel free to reach out to me with me $50 reimbursement for the damage done to my interior by your tech!

Brian Hazelton went out of his way to help me out on some tires for our Class C RV while on vacation. We were very short on time and Brian was able to get our tires swapped and also set me up an appt for a front end alignment at one of their nearby stores….all on a July 4th Holiday week.

The receptionist people were nice and i am happy with the service. We came here for an oil change during a time when they were on sale of 50%. One of the service men also called my husband and showed him something about the car. I think they are well trained and caring towards customers. It took around half an hour for us and there was no wait time. We booked the time slot before coming here.

I made an appointment online, which was super easy. I went to my appointment and the young man at the front, maybe Brian, was very nice. I was in and out within 45 minutes and they replaces two tires for me. Great service! Will definitely be coming back!
