Horrible reset of your stores. Can never find diet Coke in a can. You've eliminated Perrier and bubbly and now favor topo Chico and other boba drinks. How about we bring back sparkling water without all the additives? Don't make me go back to circle k. Please don't make me go back to circle k.

Rough customer service. Everyone looks miserable and they only talk amongst themselves. They don’t really care who comes in, and they usually disregard if anyone is in the building.

What happened qt? I used to be able to trust this store . I do uber eats and have to use the restroom so I go to qt as a pit stop for drinks and bathroom stops this is beyond disgusting. I came here 2 times in 2 days and they have this gross nasty filthy toilet paper that had dirt , hair and other debri on it . Use clean toilet paper!!! This is crazy that you have not changed it people are using that on their bodies!!! This is gross lazy and disgusting!!!

I'll never understand why the lids are packed in so tight you have to destroy 4-5 lids just to get 1 out but yet the styrofoam cup dispensers only have 1 cup in each slot and the cup is broken. Every QT I've gone to in DFW, Austin and metro Phoenix area are all the same when it comes to that. The employees only know two phrases, "Hi, welcome in" and "see ya next time". Not sure who they are talking to. I think they just say it so much it's like a script they have to say every 10 seconds whether someone else is there or not. I stood there and watched for a few minutes. They aren't even looking at anyone when they say it. They just blurt it out like it's a requirement every 10 seconds. Eye contact? Not happening. A friendly smile? Nope. If you're looking for friendly service you'll get that at other convenience stores. QT has human robots that process the transactions. I am curious how much those lids cost, especially when they are only selling one out of every five. Probably already built into the write offs and ordering. For every pack of lids you need, order 4-5 more to allow for waste. Keep the cups hidden in the back though. Been like this for years at multiple QT's so it's gotta be part of the business plan.

ALWAYS Disgusting restrooms, throw up and blood, will avoid and tell other people to avoid at all cost. They need a 3rd party to keep clean if employees can't. Bad for business.
