Young blonde gal who works overnight or 4 am shift needs to understand you stop cleaning when there is a line of customers. I grabbed a coffee and walked back to the window to see what pump I was at, and she almost jumped out her skin, thinking I was going to run out the gas station over a $2 coffee. Smh
Another day as a minority in AZ. Oh yea, I was at pump 9. Was super dark outside, so the glare of the widow looking good out was wild. Lol.

This is one of my Daily Stops since I work down the street. i work nights so I am always in the store. The service, the food area and the coffee are always clean and available. The restrooms are at a standard that is expected at any QT.

I went to this gas station today to get a money order and found out they only allow a maximum of $900 per customer per day. I’m not sure if this is a law or just their policy, but it’s incredibly inconvenient. To make things worse, when I asked my husband to get a separate money order, the cashier refused, saying he had seen us come in together and could get in trouble for allowing it. This made the whole experience frustrating and a waste of time. I wish they would reconsider this policy or at least offer a better solution for customers needing to send larger amounts.

I stopped needing water for my car was overheating. The guy looked at me like I was stupid. I explained that some locations have water just like they have air for the tires. He said " you can put that on a comment card" then asked if I had a container I could get water from the sink in the back.

Brian has terrible customer service. On 2 occasions he tried to shortchange me when giving me back my change. On both occasions I gave him a 10$ bill, n on both occasions he tried to give me back my correct change, except minus a 5$ bill. But on both occasions I told him about it, he immediately gave me my 5. Like he was trying to see if I would notice, n pocket it later if I didn't say anything. The first time I said something about it n told him he had terrible customer service he said, 'why is that terrible customer service, u got it now?'. The second time he said, 'if u don't like it, u can leave'. So if u walk up to the register n Brian is there, u should def count ur change. He's def a snake in the grass, customer service agent.
They also never hav a sellable product when it comes to the sugar free watermelon slushie.. it either has no flavor, or is too watery. Everytime I go in there I tell them about it, but for some reason they can never get it right. Or just don't care enough to do it. Whatever it is , something needs to be done about these 2 issues. Def the issue w Brian, I think I'll call the Corp office

The second location within a mile where the air hose doesn't work. With all the money I spend here on gas, you'd think I could get some free air as a bonus? NOPE. Just look at this thing! Held together by duct tape and the center pin just floats around in there. It'll REMOVE more air from your tires than it puts in!

Terrible management, blames you for them not taking down your information or them not printing out a receipt if you leave money on pump. So just make sure you ask for your receipts otherwise they will assume you a lair just glad the girl I spoke to was there to verify I actually did call right after my transaction (cause the manager didn’t take my call directly seems like she was insinuating I didn’t call cause her reply was “well I was here at that time and I didn’t get any calls”) EVEN tho I showed the manager my ID my debit card my transaction that posted AND my call log showing the exact time I called to let them know I would be coming back and the girl who took my call did not give me her name she says the store number when they answer. Ironically the girl Katelyn who I now know took my call says to the manager “yeah remember I told you it was like $15 and you were gonna write it down” all I could do was think wow so you can’t even just take accountability for being wrong?. Then wants to patronize me on using my debit card.. no accountability no apology nothing! Again Terrible management.I get you guys deal with theft a lot but not everyone is a thief, have better professionalism guys you are customer service. Smh.

I just got off work and going to be on my way till my delivery job came in here to get some gas and in a very unusual way. There was no one available at the counter and I was waiting for about 5 minutes which was seen like not long at all but it is QuikTrip and you're always getting welcomed into the store. No one did that. The person who got me to guess didn't greet me at all. Just got the gas and so nonchalantly said thank you. After I said thank you. There are about three other employees in this store and they are walking around like they need to take a nap.
