Spent $7500 and the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Did not warn me that the install would take 6 hours and in fact it was 8.5 hours and they still did not finish it. Also forgot to order a critical part. Called corporate and they promised a call back in 30 minutes, no call back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

From sales to installation and then post usage help, to say they were/are great, the best is an understatement. It is rare to find great service today, but the Rack Attack people are the best. If you are in the market for their type of product, don't waste your time going elsewhere, go straight to Rack Attack in Tempe. The Rack Attack in Golden CO. is also excellent.

Awesome dealer, very knowledgeable. I had lost the key to my roof rack and they were able to figure out which key I needed and get me a replacement! Highly recommend!

Do not shop anywhere else! I rarely leave reviews, but this place rocks. I had them install a trailer hitch on my car at half the price of the dealership, and they did a flawless job. I also purchased a bike rack and they were so helpful in helping me choose the best option for our E-bikes.

Excellent Customer service!!! Great products! Installed the Yakima Mega Warrior on my Jeep and couldn't be happier. Everyone there is topnotch! It looks awesome! Collin was awesome! He was super helpful, got me exactly what I needed and even assisted me in replacing the part! I have a Thule cargo bin and one of my lever arms broke, he took care of it all for me. If you have rack needs, stop in.

Various useful products for travel, camping, off roading, parts to assist with accessing equipment too. Young man that greeted me upon entering store was professional and helpful as well. They had products in stock that had my interest so I simply needed to make my final decision. More questions asked, additional products pointed out to simplify usage and discussed. I passed on adding anything more to this purchase here today. They have vehicle rooftop equipment for camping, cargo, storage, travel, bike racks, custom fit hitches, and more.
