Staff was less then helpful, rooms were subpar, “ breakfast was a granola bar and a sunny d juice. The rooms were not clean and bathroom had hair everywhere on the floor. The pool and hot tub looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months. For the price there are many nicer hotels to go to than this one. DO NOT STAY HERE

Took me 40 minutes to check in with only one person in front of me and it took 10 minutes just for me to check in personally longest that’s ever taken for me to check in especially with rooms booked and paid for. And it was 80 degrees in the lobby cooler outside than in. Rooms ac worked great got it to 61 and ran all night mini fridge worked great for my food kept it cold. My phone in room didn’t work and all ice machines are locked and unaccessible

You'd be better off sleeping at a bus stop. The hotel is located behind a strip club and I woke up to some sort of worker/John dispute in front of the hotel lobby at about 6 am. The extremely loud confrontation continued for about an hour with no intervention from hotel staff. Save yourself the money and a headache and just sleep on a park bench.

Not worth the price. The rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom door didnt shut completely. Had people below call to complain we were walking too loud. The included breakfast consisted of snacks. There is no late check out even though our check in was around midnight. I even checked if rooms were available and they were not fully booked. There is a waffle house close by along with a Joe's crab shack.

I checked in, walked to my room. The cover of the AC was laying on the ground. I put it on turn the air conditioning unit to 61° and after 2 1/2 hours, I was sweating so bad I chose to leave this hotel the fan inside the bathroom did not work. The shower did not work correctly. I recommend if you’re thinking about staying at this location check your room first, but I highly advised that you stay at one of the hotels across the street because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Great location, service & and a clean room. Management made all the difference. The service from the minute I walked into the lobby until I checked out.
Amy checked me in and recommended a few places to grab a bite to eat and also gave me a room with the AC already ON and it felt so good!
Room decor and smell was pleasant. Grabbed a To-Go breakfast on my way out.
Will come back in the future.

I booked a hotel stay for 3/22/24 at the Ramada by Wyndham Tempe/Arizona Mills Mall.
I can tolerate shabby rooms in need of maintenance. My issue is being lied to. I specifically booked this hotel (and paid a higher price than the competitors) because it had a breakfast included.
I called the front desk on the evening of 3/22 to see what time breakfast started. I was told it was 6:00a. We arrived at 6:30a. Upon arrival we were told by the person at the front desk that there is no breakfast due to a mechanical issue in the kitchen. (Lie #1)
I ask what mechanical issue could possibly cause not being able to assemble a grab and go bag for us? He had no answer. I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager was not on site. I requested the manager be called and he said it was too early to disturb him.
This forced us to go out and purchase breakfast.
I contacted Wyndham customer service on 3/30 to complain. Later I received an email response that the hotel ALWAYS has a grab and go breakfast. (Lie #2)
I have called the hotel several times to talk to the manager who is never there and the staff has no clue when he will be. I have left two messages and have not had a return call back. So I emailed the hotel.
They emailed that they had grab and go breakfast (Lie #3) and that they have me on video getting coffee. This is impossible, since I don’t drink coffee and this would be (Lie #4).
I forwarded this lie about getting coffee and a photo of me to Wyndham so they could request a copy of the photo from the hotel. Since it does not exist, this would confirm the hotel is the one lying.
This hotel is acting in an unethical manner to increase their profits by not providing what people paid for. Advertising a breakfast followed by a bait and switch by not providing what I paid for. This is followed up by the front desk and manager lying to Wyndham and their customers. Wyndham and the hotel have done nothing. My only recourse is to write this negative review.

The room was not as clean as it should've been. The sink and the tube was dirty. There was hair in both the sink and the tub. The refrigerator freezer was so full of ice I was unable to use it. The following morning, I and my guest wanted to eat breakfast that is promoted on the website, but upon entry it's very noticeable that no food was being served. At 7:05 am I asked the receptionist at the front desk are they serving breakfast today. And I was told, I'll get it for you by the receptionist. When he returned I and my guest was handed to brown paper bags, inside it was a granola bar, a two pack of mini muffins, no fruit, no beverage, just that. Me and my guest left around 7:30am and went down the street to a hotel entitled Spring Hill Suites that we stayed in a few months previous to this, and ate breakfast for free. SO PLEASE THINK ? ABOUT STAYING AT A BETTER HOTEL FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. because this hotel isn't the one to make great memories in. ??. I left a photo of how the eating area looks now which is closed to all customers ? reality versus expectations.

One word: disgusting. Our non-smoking room had an overpowering marijuana smell. The tub and sink were not clean. Outside noise/traffic was coming in to our room loud and clear. We were driving through and didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel but, you'd think $158 would at least buy you a clean room...

I can say, this one one of the most horrible experience I ever had in my life. So clear that this management trying to save on everything, even on cleaning of rooms. Rooms and beds were so nasty and the same as bathroom. Door lock was broken. management was so rude.
I really advise to pay more but have a peace of mind, particularly when you traveling with a family and kids.
Rooms: Stay away from this place! Cheap management who has no idea what is a customer service and how to make sure, at least keep rooms clean
