I recently stayed at the Red roof Tempe inn during my stay from the beginning was great service front desk to room restroom needs to be attended to a little bit extra but all in all is a good stay Sarah I believe ran the front desk I'm not sure if a position but she was a great help even when she was dealing with someone over her head in management this raging ball of fire of madness in anger in total disrespect and disregard to her very own employees and guest I was so bothered by the things I was hearing in my presence she didn't mind or care who was around her when she spoke so early to a guest about his bedroom dealing with a small accident that might have happened not sure the extent of it but there's no way no how someone should be spoken to in way the anger and agitation from a voice the hand movements and gestures that she made while she spoke was too much for me to endure even if it was for one second that lasted over 5 minutes I mean she laid into this guest clearly mental disability it should have been addressed in another way not as a child of hers.... I will not be returning to this stay until she has been removed ... Clearly One bad Apple 1 terrible Apple one disgusting Apple can ruin all others.... I feel so sorry for who has to work under her my pleasant day was turned into me thinking about what I endured during her rant about a bed accident that from my view in my eyes was a simple problem surprised that no one has called 911 of the threat that she brings when she gets in your face shame on Connie she does not deserve the position she's in she needs to be trained properly to deal with guest an employees I'm truly sorry that I saw this incident happening I wish I never did

The services provided were exactly what I expected from a low cost hotel by an international airport. The staff here is what deserves 5 stars. Their ability and willingness to not only do a phenomenal job, but to it over and over again with the kind of professional courtesy I normally don’t encounter is why I kind of want to work at hotels again.

A cozy spot for travel needs, especially during overnight travel for business trips. Rooms are quaint and standard, but don't expect Marriott or Hilton hotel quality.

We were woken to a fire alarm at 4:30 am Everyone went outside. It was a false alarm. When we left I was covered in bites. Room 317 had bed bugs. The worst end to a vacation ever.

I can’t say enough good things about Ericka, Sarah and the other young woman who work the front desk.They valued me and most importantly my dog. They were always asking if I needed anything. I hope RedRoof knows they have an all star team working up front.My room was only cleaned once because I would leave my dog while I was at work but when they had the opportunity, they took care of everything and more.Thanks for going above and beyond.

The front desk girl Erica seems to always go above and beyond to help guests with their stay. It is few and far between that you find that level of customer service in the hotel industry, and I travel more than 300 days a year so it is refreshing to see the 5 star service in this hotel that Erica has provided to all guests.Noteworthy details: Great customer service

The 3rd floor hallways smelled like smoke in or mold. The room was dull and I didn't even get my full deposit back. Staff at the front desk were polite and friendly.

I would definitely give this place more reviews, however the general manager of this Hotel should never be in customer service she was rude yelling at guess, making us all very uncomfortable if I were the higher-ups I would get rid of her asap..

for updated rooms lots of improvements still needed the contractors were awful. 4 day stay had to ask daily for clean towels never cleaned our room, stains on everything lamp shade to linens. When asked for clean towels we was asked to bring dirty ones down ourselves...how bout you come get them...I was upgraded to a renovated room with microwave and refrigerator, I can't imagine what a non renovated room looks like. Was cheap option and quiet for a motel.

10/10 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.The hotel is right near the airport, and close enough to restaurants that you could get anything delivered or get a wide variety of food within a 5 minute drive. Their rates are very reasonable, and pets stay free!When you first walk in the elevator looks a little dingy, but the room was squeaky clean, and very spacious. The front desk people are super kind and very knowledgeable about the area.They were able to take our same day reservation and accommodate us, our cat, and they let us park our RV overnight.I can’t say enough good things about this place, I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.Rooms: Super clean, spacious, reasonably priced.Safety: Very safe, everything was quiet during our 3 night stay.
