I have been with rent a center for years, but lately service has been a little questionable. Employees cussing on the phone while giving services and then trying to mute it so I wouldn't hear them. Making joking remarks towards me as a person. When I ask to speak to a higher person, I get told that won't be possible. Makes me just want to finish my contracts with them & be done with them. I'd stop my contracts now, but I have invested too much as it is. I would like a phone call from a district manager or someone higher than the store manager if possible.

Ill say this when i first began my contract here evertthing was great customer service was above and beyond . Paid on time for over 4 months then a family memeber got sick i had to go out of town. My bank card i guess got skimmed and my axcount was drained i explained to them i wasenr in the state i have no access to my bank account due to the fraud they called my job my sister my landlord sent ppl by the house acting likw they were verizon .. i tokd them to come pick up items 5 says from the date we spoke the man jimmy had a real reckless mouth rude replies via text.. i informed them come friday pick this stuff up ill be back in town.. they dont show .. i just want to be done with this place for real rude no grace period no understanfmding harassing and stalking .. yeah im good

I have had a account with them over 2 years paid 3 laptops off not to mention one that was 1900 dollars the other 2 were about 500Have a bed set that's 2300 $ currentlyWas going to get a ps5 for and dulce at the store said that I had to have 6 on time payments I guess when I get emails that I can finance anything and calls yes I have been late due to my jobs but it's always paid and she told me it looked like I can't afford the bed set since the payment has not been paid on time that I have to have 6 payments on time or a down payment of 250$ for it it's crazy how a customer who has spent over 4000 dollars is treated like this can't wait to find a other bedroom set and return the one I currently have

Of buy anything on rebtal with these guys like not business educated. Not want return customers. You call say this my last payment I got busy ok pay from Sat to Monday its Big Ordeal . And payoff anything got go in settle up get paper or they keep calling saying not paid. Blah blah . Oh o got flag your account No you don't its called doing business and completing the deal . Cust had emergency had come Monday they got no common sense . Its why have 1 rating should be zero to be honest . I GUESS Not Care reviews either . Go Aaron's least got few business folks .

Should rate those 1 or 5 . 5 to my Sales girl she best. They needs work hard on keeping customers. They hassement if late like Bad Collection agency . Don't know Arrons solicited their customers. Some us have long term credit with them . I'm going pay my stuff off fast can that's about all I can say . I told I'm moving still all calls all texts . I never had that with rent place I not have 200 product but 5k tv . So I say your earned the review .

Wow! Before when other managers were working there. This lady name Dulce has the nerve to be rude, biggest racist attitude and not fit to work in place like this. Even her own employees don't like her. She gets mad over, if things does not go her way. I am for sure she is racist person. She needs to go away, if rent a center wants to continue business with other people that are colored, they need to get rid of her. Horrible! Oh well, it's a sign for upper managers to understand racist people like her need to taught a lesson.
