Worst Store with Worst Experience Ever. Had very bad experience with this store. Got Damaged Product but they refused to replace it or refund it while the product is still in return window. They behaved very rudely and treated me indegnified way. Manager and cashier are rude.
Tried to contact customer service on phone. They suggest that I should contact Original Manufacturer in China for replacement of this damaged track pant. What a pathetic service !

I had 10 things to try on at this Ross and when I asked if the dressing room was open the lady rudely told me because the 2 pop up dressing rooms where full of items so she closed them instead of cleaning them. This is a clothing place where you can't try on items... this is happend more than once. This place was not busy so I left all my items on the counter and left.

My wife had 10 dresses that she wanted to buy. And of course, all of the dressing rooms are closed. I asked why? they said there was a mess in them. I thought they were understaffed. But I saw around 6 people working And it wasn't busy.

Tendency to not open on time. Good with returns. Not always the most welcoming or the most clean.

Not a great selection, and workers were only interested in closing and going home for the evening. The cashier Jerry couldn't even acknowledge that we said "hi" or make any type of eye contact or even give us our receipt before he threw our bag to the side and began ringing up the next person.

Great place to find quality clothing at discounted prices. Each store has a slightly different inventory, so I usually visit at least two. Tuesday is a good day to shop because weekend crowds can be significant.
