I normally love Ross! On this particular visit the store was incredibly over shopped. Very little assortment. Found a few things but was a huge scavenger hunt.

The associates were friendly they welcomed me and although I barely heard them when they said it they could get better at that part. But one of the associates was training another associate and they were very helpful when they checked me out at the counter. The store was in perfect organization.

This location closed their dressing rooms and has only 2 tiny rooms for changing-at the front of the store. I waited 15 minutes and no room opened. I won’t buy clothes if I can’t try them on.

I am very upset with the customer service we received and the employee who assaulted my daughter. We were shopping for school clothes for my 9 year old daughter. My daughter showed the elderly woman at the fitting room the six items she wanted to try on and the woman jerked them away from her to put on a rack and count them. Once satisfied that there were 6 items as we told her, she gave us the number six and the clothes. At this point, my daughter tries on outfits and walks out to show us, changes clothes, and brings us the clothes we have seen on her while showing us the next outfit. Once we had seen the third outfit, and had the first two in the cart, I handed my daughter 4 more items to try on. I assumed this was acceptable as it stayed within the 6 items the changing room tag indicated and we did this in full view of the employee who was about 3 feet away and watching us. As my 9 year old daughter walks to the changing room entrance with the 4 new items, the woman grabbed her arm and jerks the clothes away, snarling that the clothes need to be brought to her first. It was incredibly rude and we were very confused and angry. She had watched the whole process take place of my daughter bringing out each outfit she had tried on, and she'd said nothing. She had seen me count out and give my daughter the 4 new items. She said and did nothing until my daughter was separated from us as she went to walk into the changing room area, which is when she grabbed my daughter. When we confronted the employee about her being clearly aware of what we were doing, she said that we should have known to bring the clothes to her because the number six door tag had it written on it... the writing was very small. The door tag had been given directly to our 9 year old daughter who simply hung it on her changing room door, so we hadn't read it... This too was something the woman saw. I am not happy with this experience and am very upset that not only was the woman insultingly rude, but she put her hands on my daughter. There is no excuse for assaulting a child, and the fact that she felt so comfortable doing so tells me that this was not the first time she'd done it. I will not be shopping here again and would advise everyone else to avoid it as well as long as they choose to employ people who will put their hands on someone else's children. It's sadly unsafe.

Was able to try clothes on before purchasing. Got a few clothing items as well as some new make-up and skincare products.

Very clean but very sparse. Seems wiped out from the holiday. Not much on the racks. Went to two of them and both were that way. Usually they are full of great deals. Love going here though to find items i need.

We went in and took longer in line than looking around the store 5 people in line and only one cashier . Super slow with three people behind the register.
