Very unprofessional. After scheduling well in advance, I received no written or phone confirmation leading up to the day of my move. I called and texted multiple times to confirm my scheduled move and was told I was scheduled.The day of my move I heard nothing. I called the company and was told I was not on the schedule, despite scheduling greater than one month in advance and being conscientious about trying to confirm.They wasted my entire day and did little to make amends. Just a couple guys who rent a UHaul so I wouldn't call it a real company, FYI.

Broke many items and have no insurance to cover them, asking for a tip after I bought them lunch. Tire marks from the dolly on floors and walls. Irresponsible, took 10 hours to move a few items after showing up late. I had to hire another company to finish my move.

One of the BEST moving companies and EXPERIENCES in moving I have ever had. They were extremely accommodating and kept in contact with me the whole time!. They did an AMAZING job and got it done so fast!. Excellent customer service and overall genuine great human beings! I will be using this company for all my future moving needs and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you ROYALWAY for making a very uncomfortable move go off without a hitch!!!!!

Honest and hard working. I used them to load my house into a 26' truck and they worked HARD getting it done. They packed the truck full and got it done. I then used them to move some items down and stage for someone to pick up. They got it done without anyone being there to monitor them. Zero regrets and I'd have zero reservations about telling someone to use them. A+

Left me and my family to finish the move they didn’t on Mother’s Day. They showed up 4 hours late! Broke tons of stuff, forgot to pack areas of the house and scratched the floors. Gave them a chance to make it right and Moses said it wasn’t his problem he got paid. Avoid this company like the plague they are.

Horrible experience. Arrived very late, many things were broken. Walked the old house and I found countless drawers that weren’t packed. At 1am we had to call it and the rest was on me to move. Cecelia and moses said they would take care of us if anything got broken but with 14 years experience they had it down. Refuse to answer calls, texts and emails. They did more damage then the move cost to both properties and our stuff. pick any other company this one is bad all the way around.

If I could do no stars or just a half star I would!! RoyalWay Moving is the WRONG WAY to go if you need a mover. Very unprofessional and dishonest! He has a 4 hour minimum. What that means to most of us is that he will take the job ONLY if we have 4 hours minimum work for him to do or even if the job is done under 4 hours we pay him for the four hours. What it means to RoyalWay is that he comes an hour late (10am supposed to be there at 9am) and tells you he needs to leave at 1p but he expects you to still pay him for four hours!! When he shows up he tells me that he did not realize that the job was a load and unload. He thought it was a load only! I told him what did you expect to do for four hours! He shows up one man short (only had 2) but his rates are $140/hour for three men plus an $80 travel charge. My total was $640 (for four hours). My son and I end up helping them load and unload stuff because we needed it to be done. Throughout the whole move (about 5 or 6 times), Moses keeps telling me to look at his calendar, it only says load only. I told him I don't care what his calendar says. You can write anything down on your own calendar, that doesn't mean it is right. We go back to our old house for a second load and he tells me "okay we will load this and you can unload it, right? We have to be leaving." So I tell him sure, then I will only pay you for 3 hours (it was 1pm). He says no, there is a 4 hour minimum. So I tell him then he will have to go back with us to unload otherwise I am not paying. I had paid him a deposit of $300 with the balance of $340 due after the job was complete. At the end he tries to tell me that I owed him $340 plus the $80 travel fee. WTH! NO WAY!! The $340 I owed you includes the $80. The guy he brings is not an experienced mover. But that is not his fault. Moses, the owner of the company, is the one responsible for making sure the job gets done with the proper workers. DO NOT use RoyalWay Movers for your moving needs!! Unprofessional, dishonest and poor customer service! Would not recommend them to anyone. You are better off moving yourself!

They were an hr in a half late broke things still charged me same price. Stay away from this place . Also one mover was drunk like smashed drunk unprofessional that mover was aggressive i thought was goimg to have to call the cops worst experience ever im my life.

I am not one to write bad reviews often, but this one is necessary. We hired RoyalWay Moving for our move from mesa to maricopa this past week. Absolutely the worst experience i've had with hiring a moving company. One of the men was drunk, they were not careful with my furniture and they were extremely aggressive with us when we confronted them. They were also 2 hours late from the time they said they would be here, and anyone who has bought a house knows that moving day is busy. They ended up charging us over $1000 in total for our move. Overall, do not hire this company if you don't want to be disappointed.

We have used Moses on the last 3 moves. The First 2 moves were excellent because Mosses was there. This last move was not too happy.1) 2 of the guys are eating lunch on the last half an hour of the move on the tailgate of their truck. When I'm being charged by the hour, this is not cool.2) Did not receive a credit that was promised and did not receive a detailed receipt I asked for. No communication from Moses. I sent him several texts with no response. This was a simple move where most of the items moved were going from one carport to a garage.Will not use again

This company is extremely unprofessional they are also extremely aggressive. they broke three doors in my home, two beds, cost me thousands of damages and stole multiple items from my family.

Paid this company in excess of $1100 to do a move for me and my company! I ended up with several items that were broken lost and stolen. The movers were extremely rude and aggressive with me and my Family and after multiple attempts to resolve things and retrieve the merchandise and items Stolen from. Me they refused and instead became extremely hostile and confrontational. It was actually really scary.
