This place is closed. It was a Halloween store IN OCTOBER but now it’s an “art” store with movies posters printed on wood? Cute stuff, but NO CLOTHING, which is fine if you want some cute 90s era art printed on wood.

Friendly staff and clean store. The employees seem to like their job. I love Rue 21! I have two kids in high school and this is our go to spot for school clothes. I love the rewards program as well and the selection they have for plus size girls.

Me and my daughter love this store, but I was not very pleased with the service I received on October 8th. No one welcomed me in, did not ask if I needed help it was quiet not really the rue I'm use to when I come to that location. The lady I did ask for help was Very much rude and had an attitude towards me and my daughter. I asked another associate for the manager and she told me the lady that was being rude was the head manager. Most of the time she was doing nothing but standing around while her employees did nothing but work. So there's no reason to get an attitude when I ask for help. I'm surprised she's the manager with that attitude her attitude stinks and she should not have a job I'm sorry rue 21 do better please if I could I would rate it 0 stars !!!!!! I need corporates number.
