Naya went above and beyond for me. I went to this location not too long ago & the girl with rainbow hair gave me a hard time, she was so rude, so I went to a different location and for some reason she was over there. So I went back to this location, and Naya was more than helpful. She was kind, great customer service, patient and very appreciative that I let her know I will give her a good review. I almost gave up on Sally’s but Naya was able to save me & help me with what I needed today. Thank you Naya you were awesome. I appreciate her so much.

Very weird/rude interaction I had with a young girl who has colorful hair. I walked in,She offered me help which was awesome, but then refused to help me. a customer interrupted, and she proceeded to assist them while in the middle of helping me. So I’m standing there. I ask her where I can go to find a hair color and she refuses to show me where and proceeds to talk to the other customer about my hair color. Very odd interaction. They were talking about my hair color while I was asking her to show me where to find it and I’m standing there waiting so I ended up just leaving and I’m gonna go to a different location who will help me. The young lady didn’t have any consideration of my time and didn’t put any effort into helping me.

Sally’s only took cash because
‘Their system is down’. So now I can’t color my hair for a big event tonite.
I’m done with Sally’s- their staff is always weird and unhelpful- and it’s clear they pay the bare minimum for cc machine/ processing time takes forever.
My guess is they will close soon from not keeping up with the times.

the two women working today helped me with just what i needed and they were so sweet. best experience i’ve had so far at sally’s ! i don’t know their names but one of them had short hair with some red it in and the other black hair. sooo sweet and helpful!!

Tan girl with damaged blonde hair and glasses who thought she ate had the ugliest attitude. She had no desire to help others and walked through the store in an apathetic manner. Lastly, at the checkout she had no respect or customer service skills toward an elderly, those who deserve more care.

These employees either have no customer service training or no desire to implement it. Every time I have come here, they don't even acknowledge me or offer help. Today, I walked through the entire store at least 3 times, searching for a particular item, while trying to keep an eye on my toddler and the girls working couldn't be bothered to look up from their conversation. I realize I could have approached them and asked for help as I usually would when shopping here, but this was my last straw at this store and I will not be back. I would recommend driving a little further to another Sally's bc the experience has consistely been VERY poor. It's like they go out of their way to make customers feel unwelcome.
