Tan girl with damaged blonde hair and glasses who thought she ate had the ugliest attitude. She had no desire to help others and walked through the store in an apathetic manner. Lastly, at the checkout she had no respect or customer service skills toward an elderly, those who deserve more care.

girl working there needs an ego check. Don’t work at a place and not expect girls to come in with questions. You’re there to help and guide , not be rude to us for simply for not understanding a hair process!

These employees either have no customer service training or no desire to implement it. Every time I have come here, they don't even acknowledge me or offer help. Today, I walked through the entire store at least 3 times, searching for a particular item, while trying to keep an eye on my toddler and the girls working couldn't be bothered to look up from their conversation. I realize I could have approached them and asked for help as I usually would when shopping here, but this was my last straw at this store and I will not be back. I would recommend driving a little further to another Sally's bc the experience has consistely been VERY poor. It's like they go out of their way to make customers feel unwelcome.

The employee are so rude I went in wanting to dye my hair purple I didn't care about the outcome I just wanted to dye it for fun. They discouraged me and said that it was going to look horrible and acted like I was some clueless child. Do not recommend going the one with curly hair and a beret can go to hell.

A standard visit. Nothing stood out as terrible and nothing stood out as extraordinary. People working here were friendly enough and the selection of products met the expectations I had set based on my prior experiences with Sally.

I definitely recommend coming here for haircare & nail polish, typically what I come here for. They used to carry this amazing leave in conditioner that unfortunately got discontinued. I ended up finding an alternative but before I purchased I was able to check w Dominic what his opinion was on my selection (pictured) & he told me my preferred product had been discontinued. He was helpful in advising my chosen alternative was good & he uses/used it & also recommended that a little goes a long way. I appreciated that advice & how would I not take advice from a dude w better hair than me. ?They charge for bags to bag your products which was new to me on my last visit & it just showed up at the end of my products being scanned. "Um I don't wanna bag if there is a charge" and the person checking me out apologized stating they neglected to ask first which I guess is protocol? ? Sally Beauty Supply has the Gi Gi line. I have photographed most of what Sally Beauty Supply carries in this store. The Gi Gi Parrifin Bath is truly the best. Our electric bill has not gone up. You can keep it on 24/7. When you are going to use you will go from the standby position to the next highest temp saving hours of waiting. Staff at Sally are knowledgeable as well as sometimes using product themselves. Gi Gi while many items is but a part of a store where we can learn and have the best prospect for achieving beyond intent

Customer expect a greeting upon entering a store.. the lack of customer service they was given Fortunately, I know my way around a beauty supply store. Unfortunately, you all didn’t have a variety of the Jamaican Mango Lime section. Was looking for the licking gel, all that was on the shelf was the locking wax. I never had a moment to ask if there was more in the back. The only attendant on duty was having a conversation with another customer about burning Sage.Instead of the attendant finishing up the conversation to assist myself, she just let me leave.Customer service here is terrible and there isn’t much variety in products.

My fave thing about this store over others is that Dominick and the staff are SO helpful when choosing products. I've been bleaching at home and they always know the ratios and which product to choose to get my desired result.The store is organized really well and they have a great selection! There is a section for natural Black hair and also a TON of bleach and dye options and everything else I'd ever need. Definitely visit here!

I went into Sally’s Beauty Supply Store this afternoon because I had tried bleach my hair(I made the horrible mistake of thinking I’m going to be successful at evenly bleaching my entire head a nice platinum blonde from my current hair color which was originally blackish brown… yea , yea… not too smart of me, I know that now!) But I went in and asked the male employee for help(the guy with long hair and very large gauges). He has always been very helpful and informative as far as my previous trips go, and today was definitely no different! He immediately showed me which packet of bleach is the best for my hair, and. Told me which volume of developer to get too, so agin I got great advice and now I’m going to have my beautiful blonde hair that I have been striving for in the first place! Below is obviously my BEFORE photo, LOL! Anyhoo… I totally recommend Sally’s, and if that male employee is working, don’t be afraid to ask for his help, he has been nothing but awesome!

Went in for some hair dye and got talked into a great deal and an amazing recommendation from Dominick. Very professional, if this individual isn't in management already I would be sincerely shocked. He was very helpful and had a ton of knowledge and good recommendations for me. I would do whatever it takes to keep him!

What a refreshing surprise it was to see two beautiful men working Sally's, their friendliness and knowledgeability made for a fulfilling visit. I see the long-haired gentleman every time I visit now, I dunno if he's running the place, but he's doing it by himself usually, and that's commendable.
