I am thrilled by the customer service at Scottsdale collision. From the first moment I met one of the representatives (Shauna) I felt comfortable with how she assessed my car and made me feel comfortable. The estimate I received was prompt and reasonable (thank you Savanna). To my surprise, it only took 3 days to complete the repairs., The people I met going forward that dealt with me and my car were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I can not say enough about this company! I was in a major bind and randomly found them online. Shayna got me an appointment asap and went into detail on how the process works and Drake literally went above and beyond and dropped me off at the rental car company during his lunch break which was totally out of his way!! He’s the man!!! Thank you so much!

Scottsdale Collision did an exceptional job painting the fender on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. The color match is flawless, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Saw lots of positives reviews when looking for a collision shop after my accident but unfortunately the reviews didn't fit the service and results I got. After 7 weeks of being given multiple different responses of when my car will be done I finally got it back.... with stains on the seats, scratch on the hood and a door that doesn't lock (techs must not have known how to fix it or didn't check their work). Obviously others were satisfied and thought otherwise but wouldn't recommend to others.
