Worst sephora I've ever been to. God forbid you ask for assistance. They will walk past you, roll eyes, one manager is always tweeked and doesn't know if she is coming or going. I was told by another employee " to be honest I wouldn't even buy skin care here, its overrated" . I was shocked. I was wanting to splurge onself today and the manager looked at me up and down, giggled and kept walking. Zero customer service and nothing ever in stock. I refuse to ever shop there again and its worth taking drive to scottsdale where they are amazing,super friendly and professional.

Horrible customer service. I was not greeted and then ignored the rest of my time there, until I opened one of the stock drawers and an employee came immediately over to tell me I can't go through the drawers. As a long time Sephora patron I know they don't want us in the drawers but no one was helping me. It was not busy! There were free employees on the floor. I will drive further next time so I never have to come back here. The store was dirty too, the floors and shopping baskets.

Lin is THAT girl! She color matched me so good I couldn't even believe my own eyes! She recommended some amazing products for my skin and I appreciate her! Thankfully I work right in the marketplace so I can go to her any time I need anything! Thanks girly!

I love this store. It's almost impossible for me to walk in without buying something, especially the little travel-sized items by the checkouts. The staff are very knowledgeable and have helped me a few times with odd requests like a gold lipstick or a lip liner to match an odd lipstick.

I like Sephora and their selection of products. Each store usually has the same vibe. However, this location has never felt welcoming to me. I am never greeted or offered help when I need it. To be honest the employees seem annoyed when I ask for assistance. They are usually gathered in a circle talking which is okay but not when they seem irritated when you approach them. I was being assisted once and the employee literally walked away from me while I was asking them questions without saying bye or grabbing another associate to help. Also, the floor always looks dirty and they aren't well stocked in certain products. I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to visit a more friendly and well stocked Sephora.

Came in to find new foundation/ get a color match. The artist did not bother to properly match me, never even took the makeup that I was wearing off. She basically asked me what shade I need, zero help with finding my undertone. When finally decided to try the color IQ device, it wouldn’t even work. Artist walked off without saying bye. Will never visit again.

I went to this location , I asked about a color match for foundation and they didn't have the service and they told me to download a app that cost a subscription to use and that cost37 $, overall very bad experience !! that was 5 min ago ,that's why I was upset and wrote same times and day with this location!!! 8/26

I went into the Sephora and was greeted very politely I got brought to an artist to get a foundation color match. I let the artist know I don’t know much about make up she starts off, asking me questions about what kind of foundation I like, and about my skin I was answering the questions but also telling her I don’t understand. Also, don’t no what type of skin I have, and she’s kept grunting and rolling her eyes at me and just making me feel more horrible then I already did and uncomfortable I told her it seems like she doesn’t want to work with me and she said that’s just how I am was a horrible experience with her. Luckily enough I can stick up for myself and told her I do not want her as an artist, and I want help from somebody else but I can’t imagine all the little girls who don’t know make up very well. Go in there and get stuck with her and end up, hating make up or end up getting some things that they really don’t want because of her attitude. she needs to do better cause that experience can really control on how someone feels and looks. !! I will say everyone else they had interaction with at this was absolutely amazing, especially Leslie The other artist that I went to after that horrible experience.

This was the first time I have ever visited a Sephora store. I wanted to test different perfumes and this is definitely the place to go for that, as well as makeup if you desire. I bought a starter pack of different popular perfumes from different makers for $28. I also inquired about samples and they gave me plenty to go along with my purchase, which made me so happy. The workers there are so nice!

If you come in this store and a male. Manger treated me in a hostile mode. Ignored me until I basically yelled to get her to stop and dignified I was a person. Attitude telling me I'm with someone.I wanted to be told on second please. Not scolded.Younger generation. You work for the consumer. I we are am will be treated properly. ? get it

I came in on a Super Bowl afternoon after lunch with a $10 off coupon from Sephora rewards. It was hard for me to grab an employee to help me get the right product, because their attentions were on other customers. I ended up grabbed one item that was $26 that was from one of the two possible product for me to buy today after cashier recommended the one. This is a luxury/high-end store and customers expect exceedingly good services.

Don't buy from places that lie to their return customers and tell them we are wrong for their own mistakes.....I went in and was selecting olaplex products l, which were marked $30 each, at the register, they charged me $60 each, I showed them the price marked and was told I was wrong, and the marked prices don't matter..... they told me it changed that morning, it is 6:30pm... no excuses for them to not have updated an entire wall of Olaplex products....Bad business practices.Thank goodness Amazon exists!!!!!
