I came in today to buy some stuff and use the bathroom. I tried to use the bathroom and the employee said I was closed. I asked when they closed it and the employee told me some dude was using drugs in it earlier and he didn't want anyone to use it. I expressed that I was in pain and he took delight in turning me away. I just want management to be aware that someone with this level of inhumanity is running the cash register at this location.

Dedtrick is by far the most outstanding associate for the shell gas station at 1380 north Scottsdale road outgoing enthusiastic has great customer service and when being served by him I can absolutely guarantee 100% customer satisfaction

Just tried to get some gas and something to drink inside and I have to say that the people here are so of obnoxious and rude. It looks to be a fairly new place but the service here was just horrible. If they just hired some new people things could be a lot better.

Stopped to check air on tires, on my way to San Tan Valley for work this morning (3am). Detric was amazingly curtious, proffessional, helpful with a great smile that went perfectly with his positive attitude... Thank You, Detric (spl chk) for your vigilant help. ..And for the company that hired this young handsome , graveyard shift , employee.. i would like to say im happy for you. Its hard to come across great , hard working, respectful, can-do attitude employees.. Again, Thank You Detric for amazing customer service and beyond. !!

I feel like we are so close to beating this pandemic. And I understand that places like gas stations don't understand the science behind virus. This COVID-19 virus is airborne and can stay in the air for up to four hours. So in a convince store that is not large and with low ceiling and little to no ventilation. All it takes is one employee with the virus who is not showing symptoms and not wearing a mask to create a super spreader event So I find it a shame that this place has two employees one without a mask who would certainly infect his coworker and potentially numerous customers. In a few more weeks enough of the population will be vaccinated but this week we had a day with 80k confirmed cases. We are still in a pandemic and regardless of what the politicians say now is the time to be careful so we can get past this soon and not keep prolonging and having a fifth wave
