Paid for some a gallon of gas to get to the next gas station and nothing came out:( customer service was rude.it’s kind of shady if gas doesn’t start pumping till after a gallon:(

I walk in to pick up my car tonight & Amber the "manager" tells me to come back another time she doesn't know where my car keys are & she can't help me. "Someone else didn't do his job "this isn't my problem". No sorry we don't have your CAR?!? Instead I get told over & over how Jackson's is a different company we even have different HR. I don't care how your company is divided. That is none of my business, nor do I care. But if you advertise something management should have the ability to handle it shouldn't they? Should they verbally attack a customer?!? Jackson's Food Center you need to do a LOT of training on how customers service work! AMBER is awful I asked for the corporate number and she didn't have anything to give me. Simply helpless!

Convenient location to fill up on gas- right next to a mini mart, service center and a car wash. Located near the shopping complex, so not a bad deal to get all of your errands done in the same place.

The man who worked at 12am September 16th was extremely rude. He didn't know his s**** I'm an out of state student with a vertical ID and he started yelling at me saying he can't sell alcohol to me. WHEN YOU'RE OUT OF STATE YOU CAN HAVE A VERTICAL ID AS LONG AS THE ID ISN'T EXPIRED. I had even told the man I had just left the club and that he needed to learn his laws if he's going to be working somewhere that sells alcohol. The man was extremely rude about the situation and needs to be fired.

The rudest employee I've ever meet/tried to get change from.! The air that charges you $1.50 had a credit card machine and I had a $20 bill. Would not make change and told me to get out when I asked what the hell kind of place doesn't have change for a $20 or a credit card machine that works on the air. Employee told me to never come back and I don't plan on it! Get gas and air anywhere else!
