The solution is simple. Just return calls and do not ignore them. Or remove your recording because it is a lie. You never return calls. If you do not take care of your customers someone else will. I have also left reviews on cobblestone. Com but you also ignore those reviews.

I used to bring my car to cobblestone! It was my go to. But I brought my mom's car today to show her how good it is over super star, but I had dirt on the floor of the car still. The middle console wasn't touched, I had to pull to the side and clean it my self. For $34 definitely not worth it. Never again.

It’s 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday, Ghost Town gas station which is fine, but I get gas, go in, I really really really have to use the bathroom, and they close the bathrooms at six! And he just sits there and tells me that there’s nothing you can do and I really have to go to the bathroom. I’ve never written a review about a gas station, and hopefully I never have to again, but be forewarned! And then he says to me that it’s this time on the weekend like somehow that matters?

We like this location because most of the time they do a fairly good job. Last time I had to push for the vacuum because of dog hair and this time I specifically asked for no scent and no tire dressing. When I got to the cashier to pay, I noticed that neither of my requests were noted so I said something to the cashier...her response was that even though it wasn't written down, they will do what I requested. Guess what? They didn't regarding the tire dressing. By the time we realized, it was too late. And fortunately there wasn't any scent! Overall a good job, nothing to write home about and we did some touch ups once we got home.

I came here today after receiving a free car wash coupon in the mail. I've never been to a Cobblestone before, but it was a pretty solid experience. The coupon was for a free detailing, which was a $28.00 value. My car DESPERATELY needed some TLC. The folks here at Cobblestone were great - they didn't try to upsell me too much and did a great job on the inside and outside of my car. I received an air freshener ("new car", if you're curious), and everything from the windows to the wheels were cleaned. Inside, there's a convenience store that has pretty much every snack and drink imaginable, and the prices were surprisingly cheap. The gal at the counter was also super nice. All in all, I spent about 20ish minutes here, from the time I drove up to the time I left and I walked away with a nutterbutter and a few cans of tea for less than $6. If you're in the area, I say give them a try!

This Cobblestone location always makes sure my truck looks nice. Maria at the "finish line" puts the finishing touches on and is always hustling to keep the flow moving while not skipping on details.
