Very nice people , machine is nice has lots of games and serves its purpose; however, their machines do Not have a return policy and they do not buy back or take back. How do we dispose of this machine when we no longer wantIt ? Machine Very pricy so advice is to look on offer up first .

The Slot Machine Store is a family run store. We noticed them at the home show and later went to their store. After telling them our wants and needs, they pointed us in the right direction. They delivered our machine exactly as promised. We did have a faulty power supply after a few days of play and they overnighted the part and the machine was working flawlessly again. Excellent knowledge and they back their product. Thank you!Joe and Linda.

My son and I drove 2+ hours to buy a couple of slot machines and boy am I thankful I did Georgia and Billy were very helpful an informative they answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable leaving the store with my two new machines thank you guys again I can’t wait to do business in the future… the best place to buy slots!

I LOVE this family owned store. I went to buy a slot machine for a Vegas-themed Airbnb I was furnishing in Scottsdale. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and friendly every step of the way - my first phone call to them, to purchasing the item and loading it in my car, and then they even Face-timed me when I called with a silly question about how to work something (something that they had totally showed me the day I purchased the item - I just had forgotten what to do and was trying to get the machine going in a rush for a photoshoot). They didn't even hesitate to Facetime me and help me get it working in less than five minutes. This will now be my new go to place for any game room supplies needed...forget about ordering online! Do not hesitate to go here and check out their stock/meet the incredible people that work here! You will not be disappointed.

Best service in the world! When you buy a video poker or slot machine you want great service. They have it. Bought my machine 2 years ago, moved to Tennessee and they STILL are helping me with speaker problem due to the movers shaking it up. Who stands behind their machines like that? Super nice and friendly and we love our Video Poker machine. I would buy from them in a heartbeat. It's all about the service after the purchase.

I talked to a girl who say they fix slot machines so she asked me what kind of machine I have and told her it's mechanical and a black and white jackpot. And I told her what I did wrong. She finally told a mechanic will call me back. But no call so far and it's more than a week! So I can now warn people to stay away from this highly incompetent and lying peiple!!!
