It’s surprising how rude the person working here is, consistently rude employees waiting to get up and walk across the store to help you. Sorry to inconvenience you while I’m trying to make a purchase. Usually I go across town if I need something from a smoke shop this place has a sad excuse as costumer service.

Say they open at 9 but i come in the mornings a lot and I have never seen them on time always 30 minutes late? It's fine if you want to open at 9:30 but you should probably fix your open times online and on your sign.

Poor customer service. Mind you everything is behind the counter on the shelf or not allowed to touch by the customer. The store was completely empty of customers and I was quick to be pushed out by the cashier.

Still not sure how a palm vape battery that I've bought in 4 other shops over the last 6 months for $20 and one cigar that was priced at $7.59 becomes a $45 charge but whatever. I was on an important and unexpected work call and didn't have time or energy to return the battery device immediately.Selection was mostly meh and very overpriced. I'll stick to the local Sky High chain of shops. They're great.
