I didn't even know this place existed, but was really impressed by the staff working at this location. She was the only employee, so seemingly very busy, but she remained calmly professional, courteous, and very efficient. In total, I was in and out within ~10 minutes. With all the volunteer work I do with my kids' schools, I'm presuming I'll eventually need yet another fingerprint, and now that I know this location is here - I'll always return to SonicTest Labs in Tempe.

Recently went in for an analysis and the front desk lady was very rude she was a bigger woman with red hair claim to be the manager. Same day i had witnessed her assaulting who i believe was a client and was way smaller then she was. If she was the manger they need new management right away that is so unprofessional!!!!

I visited this location yesterday and witnessed an employee physically assault another client. I didn't get the employees name but she was an older heavy-set transgender female with ginger hair. The other employee didn't try to stop the assault. Police were called and I don't know what happened after that. Hopefully, the man/woman was arrested.

I was in and out really fast, with an appointment. The fingerprint scanner was super great and identified my fingers faster than the USPS. If I had to do fingerprints again, this would be the best place! 10/10

I made an appt super last minute (the day before) and I was in and out in less than 5 min! I believe the tech that helped my was Rebecca. She was super nice and quick thanks!

This location was on a list of providers I received from my employer, so I made an appointment for fingerprinting services. The staff member who assisted me seemed pleasant at first, but as we got into the process of scanning my fingerprints, it became clear that she was in a rush and would rather have been doing anything but help me. She had to spray my fingertips twice because they wouldn't scan properly, which seemed to annoy her. Once my prints had been collected, she gave me instructions to sign off, but spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand what she was saying. On instinct, I started to sign on the touch screen/monitor where it instructed me to sign. Clearly irritated, she snapped: "you can't sign the screen" and pointed to a touchpad on the table. I signed the touchpad, and she sped through her speech about how the location was a third-party vendor and if I had any questions, I should contact Fieldprint directly. As I was leaving - literally, the door hadn't even closed behind me - I overheard her loudly tell her coworker "I hate it when people don't listen to me" in reference to me trying to sign the screen instead of the touchpad. Based on other customer reviews, it's clear that what I experienced was on brand for this particular employee. Clearly this behavior is tolerated at this location, so I did, in fact, contact Fieldprint to let them know about the experience I had. I also contacted my organization’s HR department to let them know what happened. I would hate for anyone else to be sent to this location with the expectation of quality service.

The lady with purple hair will decide randomly who to give a headache to so avoid at all costs. Temp guns are very inaccurate and not designed for liquid regardless she threw out every sample claiming it was not the right temperature while I observed her NOT CHECKING ANYONE ELSE'S SAMPLES TEMPERATURE with her useless temp gun

I usually don't take time to write reviews but I had such great service at Sonic Test Labs of Tempe I had to recognize an exceptional employee. Becca helped me to get my fingerprints done. She was extremely kind and professional. She had me in and out quickly and was a joy to meet. If every employee is like her, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Becca!
