Shanna, the phlebotomist at Tempe on Baseline, was very gentle, thorough and had such a pleasant demeanor. As a past LabCorp Supervisor, I'd highly recommend her. Blood draws can be stressful and she had a smile and was finished before I knew it. Great job!

I made an appointment, went early and they saw me quickly. Nice staff, wis I could remember the name of the person who drew my blood but she was nice and respectful. Facility could be up to date maybe but still valid

This place is a joke. They don't answer their phone. Voicemail is always full. Made an appointment online and showed up to where they were supposed to be, I was there. They were not. I would not recommend wasting your time even trying with this place.

Went early in the morning, walked up to the kiosk and input my information and within 20 minutes I was taken back. The phlebotomist was wonderful and listened to my concerns about being nervous. He was very skilled, the blood draw barely hurt and he made sure to check in to make sure I was alright. Overall a great experience! Hoping to get my results back soon - I will definitely come back should the need arise!

I walked in with no appointment last time there. I checked in dat down I was called up in less than 10 minutes they took my blood and I was done. Excellent service.

This location is very rude, I asked to check if they had my blood test. The girl tried to blame me and refused to see me all over because for them to see if they had my blood work?? Wow I will never goto this location again.

Let me start off by saying that I work in billing compliance, in the healthcare industry. I recieved a letter in the mail from a collection agency, on behalf of Sonora Quest labs. I had not received a bill from Sonora Quest initially. This left me to call Sonora Quest to clear up the issue. After waiting 2 hrs for a call back, the representative looked up my account and admitted that a bill was never generated and sent to me. She then told me that this bill was because I needed to pay a co-pay. I am double covered, so there is no co-pay. She then back-tracked and tried to blame my secondary insurance. That still would not explain why I was incorrectly sent to a debt collector, on their behalf. I asked what they do in this situation to ensure state compliance is met, since what they had done was illegal. She had no answer for me, which is ok. She was otherwise helpful and apologetic. Sonora quest management, what steps will you be taking to ensure that this does not happen to a less medical savvy patient???

I did self ordered labs almost 20 days ago. No lab results are in yet. I have called 5 times to check the status and nobody answers the phone. I have left 5 voicemails and no call backs. The actual lab draw was great and quick but that doesn’t matter if I went in for nothing . I will now have to try to figure out how to get a refund when you can’t even talk to anybody on the phone.

We did newborn tests for our son. They lost his blood samples not once but twice and we had to redo the blood tests two more times. They called us at 4:30 pm and said it was late to redo the test at their locations and we have to go to the emergency.
Terrible service!!!!!! Both happened in 2000 E Southern Ave location.

Pleasantly surprised and impressed with this location. Booking online was easy and so was checking in at the kiosk in the lobby, which was clean & quiet (have your confirmation email handy). I was called back within minutes of sitting down. I had two appointments scheduled and was walking out at the start time of the second appointment. The tech was very personable, quick, and skilled – hardly anyone can hit my vein on the first poke! I can't express how much I appreciate feeling like my time is valued and respected, and also not being poked multiple times for a blood draw. Thanks again!
