Like why not call me and tell me first? Why go to a debt collector agency before even contacting me? And why wait a whole year? I have no words man

Second time coming here with an appointment and they're understaffed running behind 30min+Both times the AC in the front was out and it's ridiculously hot. The waiting room is packed with not enough seats for everyone.

Friday, super busy reception, waiting for over an hour, no public address system, no communication with other labs.They just took my papers and told me to wait from 45 minutes to an hour, when the hour passed and there were no people left in the lobby, I went to the reception desk. I asked how long to wait? They told me that they were working on my documents and I needed to wait another hour and twenty minutes later they called my name at the registration desk. When I approached, they told me that they could not draw blood, they did not have the components. I asked for the administrator, but he was not there. The laboratory assistant came up and repeated everything again. She said that they didn’t read my papers and couldn’t do anything, no one was apologizing, there was no solution to my issue, in the end she started yelling at me. Complete discrimination based on language. I am a new person in the USA, I never thought that I could encounter such horror towards people in the modern world in a civilized country with paid medicine.

I’d rather give this 0 stars. Made an appointment online and showed up on time for my appointment. Was told that there would be two people in front of me. A half an hour later I asked for an update on my weight time and was told there were now three people in front of me. I collected my paperwork and left.

Terrible service. First they don’t acknowledge you & want everything done on auto check in. My husband is unable to do than & the directions we’re given in a sharp voice. I was told to follow the prompts & had difficulty. I became frustrated & was treated so rudely. No attempt to help! We will be going to labcorp from now on!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews, my experience here was great. Even though the lobby was packed, they got me in really close to my appointment time. The receptionist was nice and super efficient, and the blood draw went really well. My phlebotomist was quick, understanding (I faint at the sight of my own blood), and made everything really easy. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Front desk was super nice. Blood test super easy and fast. Glucose test was even smooth. I hate doing the process. But they made it super easy and not stressful. =)

I made a 12:30 appointment waited 1 hour and the receptionist was very rude when I asked her about my appointment. I was told they were behind and I needed to ait down until my orders were ready.

I had an appointment at one location in Mesa. Office closed without notice. Called for assistance and re-routed to Tempe location. Told I should have been notified and I was not. Told my appointment no longer valid at new location. .VERY poor communication by company.

This review is only relevant for labs drawn by Sonora Quest for Quest Diagnostics. If you are having labs drawn at Sonora Quest to be processed by Sonora Quest, most of the following does not apply.This is about my experience at Sonora Quest in Sedona, located in Safeway. Twice, the lab did not provide everything my doctor requested. Today when I went in, the lab representative was snippy with me from the moment I walked in. I mentioned to her that we need to make sure that the doctor gets everything he wants this time, since the lab had failed to provide everything the last two times I had been there. She refused to do that. She also kicked me out of the office for saying that. I had asked them to call the doctor's office during the previous visit as well, and we still did not get all that was requested. One of the labs that had gotten left out twice was the CBC. I confirmed that the lab does CBCs, so it is not because the lab does not do them. A urinalysis was also left out. My doctor is irate about services provided by this lab, and so am I.UPDATE: A manager from Sonora Quest called me about my complaint. We were able to determine the root cause of the missing results. (I believe that the lab tech in Sedona knew what it was but could not articulate it in a way that it could be understood.) We were going through records and realized that the lab findings were dated a couple of days after the draws. There is a major flaw in the business plan of the partnership between Quest Diagnostics and Sonora Quest regarding timeliness. By the time that Quest Diagnostics processed my labs, the specimens had spoiled and were no longer useful for their purpose. In my opinion, this flaw must be reworked in the business plan or the partnership between Quest Diagnostics and Sonora Quest must be scrapped. There is no value in the partnership if the specimens are going to be spoiled already when they are processed.

Made an appointment so that I could get in and out. A full lobby upon arrival. Scanning machine would not scan: tried them both. Ugh. Snappy response from front desk staff understood later as the majority just can't check in with them. A suggestion to relocate the kiosk checkins where direct instructions and training by a staff member could occur might help all parties. A kind helping hand seemed to be needed as well as an understanding of the office staff frustration. The actual phlebotomist was terrific. She was kind, patient and even shared humor to help me, an anxious patient. The location is nice and convenient and parking is easy. Appointment was made on line making the visit go smoothly.

Terrible customer service. I drove all the way out of my way for car side routine labs. I signed up for text alerts. When I get there Carside is closed and no contact from the company. You think they could call or text their car side customers. They closed it for weather and it’s on the 80s??? Now I am still fasting needing my blood drawn.

Front desk clerk was rude. I waited patiently for her to complete her task before asking a question. She asked if I needed help and so I proceeded to ask her my question. She snapped back at me and told me she was busy and to wait my turn even though I was the only one in line to speak with her. If you are having a bad day, please do not take it out on others

Horrible service! They tried both of my arms and poked me dozen of times but still failed to draw my blood. I had an appointment at 2:30 PM but took an hour to check me in. After they failed to draw my blood, they asked me to make another appointment and kick me out cuz they are about to close! They waste me one and half hour and tortured me for 30 minutes then kicked me out, that is my experience of this visit!

Stacy here was amazing. Quick and easy process. I wasn’t feeling great afterwards and she made sure I was taken care of. Great place for a blood draw.
