First time coming here to bring my boys for. A haircut and was totally happy with results! Allí & Samantha are super nice and did a great job that my two boys were super happy ? will definitely recommend but always remember you can sign up using the app to set yourself in line. It’s very easy and convenient! They offer complimentary drinks which is great since it’s 100000 degrees outside I will definitely be returning! Thank you ladies ?

This was my first time at Sports Clips and Denise was amazing! I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she was really easy to talk to and helped me decide on a great style. She was also comfortable with moments of silence, which made the whole experience very relaxed. I left feeling great about my new look and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a laid-back and comfortable haircut experience! Thanks Denise!

Even if you're not a fan of sports like myself, this location still has enough to keep you entertained and feeling good. The app is great to have as it allows you to pick which stylist you want to cut your hair, but also allows you to "heart" your favorites and even tells you the last time you visited which location for a cut. Checked in online around 5:45, website said 27 minute wait. Based on estimate I got to the location with 10 minutes to spare... Went inside and was told by the front desk lady she would check me in and she forgot... No big deal it was probably like an extra 5 minutes. Looked at the wait list and the timer said I had another 25 minutes to wait still which was not what the app had stated, effectively doubling my wait time. The other barber proceeded to help a lady who was listed after me on the board due to the forgotten check-in by the front desk person, and then to add further annoyance someone else that walked in and I checked in online was immediately helped. After about an hour from my online check-in I was next up and the barber who had just finished up helped her customer and then proceeded to sweep the entire store without even acknowledging me. I can understand sweeping up the remnants from the previous cut, but watching her sweep front to back of the store and watching the wait time clock sit at a 4 minute wait for over 10 minutes, that was my limit. I won't ever go back to this location they seem like they've got more than they can handle on their plate.
