It was a bad experience. Over my stay there was no room service. I tried to get them to clean my room from the front desk and got rejected. They said they only provided room service every few days, but they couldn’t provide any agreement that I signed or obvious notice in the hotel that mentioned this “rule”.
I ended up paying full price without getting a single room service or even the chance to use clean towels to shower in the end. I tried to negotiate with the hotel manager, but never got hold of them. Phone always got transferred to voice mail automatically. I disputed with my credit card provider but it got rejected by the hotel. I was totally frustrated as it was my only negative experience while I was in Phoenix and it largely affected my mood.
Do yourself a favor to book an Airbnb with better furnishings and lower rates or another hotel at least with basic room services.
Will not come back!

Staff was amazing! Rooms were very nice and clean. I would recommend for anyone staying in the Tempe area.
Rooms: Really clean and fairly large.
Food and drinks: A ton of restaurants just up the street, we walked one night and it was 15 mins at the most.

We were charged a $200 fee for our service animal and they refused to refund. Then they hung up on me when I tried to explain the laws protecting them. Service Animals are protected by ADA and Housing laws. This property clearly needs to be educated on these laws.

Very comfortable and clean, almost next to Arizona Mills
Rooms: Very comfortable and clean and safe, refreshed.
Nearby activities: Shopping at Arizona Mills, visits to the aquarium, short distance to Shandler Fashion Center.
Safety: Very sure

Marriott charged me a full night for a no-show fee although I arrive at midnight thirty. (Delayed flights) Not only, I had to pay a no-show fee but they also wanted another payment for the same night that I already paid for. Sorry marriott, you just lost a lifetime silver elite member...

Had a quick check in. Room was clean. No complaints. Morning coffee for breakfast was bad. Seemed very diluted.

Rooms were clean and service from the front desk was great. Hot water in the showers was intermittent. It would be hot for a time, then cold for a minute until more hot water arrived.
Hallways and elevators were always trashy looking and smelled like marijuana or popcorn. There were pistachio shells all over the elevators and around the elevator entrances on the floors.
Breakfast was severely lacking. Scrambled eggs and pork sausage patties (turkey as well, one day, but mislabeled). Frequently no milk for cereal and only a few yogurt options with no add-ons (berries, chips, etc.). No waffles and very limited bread/pastry selection. No oatmeal/hot cereal each day.
Several times as we came into the hotel at night, the odor of marijuana was very strong around the entrances and into the halls.
In general, I expected better from a Marriott property.

Rooms: Room was spacious. However it was a little dirty. Counters were dirty and stained. Bed was comfy.

Literally only stayed at the hotel for three hours due to an airline issue. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would've liked to enjoy the breakfast in the morning, but was out before it was served. Arrived around 2am and out at 5am - Night attendant to awhile to come to front Ave front door was locked. After buzzing with no response, we jimmied open the door and waited for him to finally come out. Again room was great, just didn't have any time to truly enjoy it.

Lady at the front was very quick checking me in and very friendly. . Have stayed here before and never had an issue. Rooms are nice and clean and cold when you walk in. .

Shout-out to Ms. Pat, who prepared breakfast every day. We were happy with the offerings.
Loved the location, too. Quite accessible. And quiet at night.
Walkability: It was easy to walk to a few eating places, including the Arizona Mills Mall (if you didn’t mind the summer heat).
