It's not the place that I give three stars to, but the lying salesperson. I inquired about a service and he told me it's not available anymore. I went home and got on the t mobile web and saw that it is available. Does anyone tell the truth anymore? I will record future talks I gave with cell phone company employees.

Yesterday, I went in and spoke to Paulina. She is awesome. I appreciated her effort and also I come to understand what is next step for me to fulfill my goal, to get my phone screen repair. Paulina provided the claim insurance info and phone number as well... because my phone company originally was the Sprint. I see new change on my experience with mobile phone screen situation with Sprint. The Sprint did have on site repair. T mobile does not have that.So I learn T mobile their procedures.I just want to show my appreciative expression toward Paulina. She's great.Overall experience- easily interaction and I understand what to expect upon my next step to get my phone screen repair...

Shout out to Oscar for helping me with my phone issues yesterday 9/21! He didn’t know how to fix my issue but he looked it up and took care of it.Today Nick and Julian were awesome first thing in the morning I was frantic because my phone was messing up again, I was in a rush for a meeting and they were able to take care of me right away. They also weren’t familiar with the problem but they researched it and helped me.

Great team of people at this location. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rasean, Oscar and Brandon all 3 who were very patient and understanding, taking the time to explain plans and options. Everyone always greets you when you walk in and you can tell the culture is fun and professional.

Gabby was an excelent, patience, kind and savy customer service lady. She is very knowledgeable about the phones. She immediately discover the problem. Explained us about it and solve the issue. She is marvelous!!!! Something that the people at the branch at southern and Alma school could have done. So triple kudos for Gabby!!!! And biiiiiiiig thanks to her!

Thank you Gaby! We went to this T-Mobile Branch to had a number added to my account, and are so glad we did. The store was clean & very professional looking, and Gabby was extremely helpful, and super-extremely patient with us! ? Thank you again Gaby (or was it Gabby?...please excuse if it is misspelled!) You went above and beyond for sure, and we can't recommend you and your store highly enough!

Terrible customer service experience1) Strike 1: charged a $35 activation fee for a second iPhone when it is was clearly already charged at another T-Mobile store with evidence to back it up2) Strike 2: Could not print nor email a receipt for a new iPhone 14 when it was picked up at this store….hear that again! No one in the store could print or email a receipt for $1200 iPhone3) Strike 3: only given a $200 turn in rebate for an iPhone 13 when the published and online T-Mobile listing for this iPhone was $4004) Strike 4 (it keeps going): gave customer a box and told them to go to the post office to turn in second old iPhone on account. Other T-Mobile easily accepted old iPhone and handled all of the turn in paperwork.Absolutely abysmal and lazy customer service and super shady dealings they could have cost customer $235 if it wasn’t double checked by customer.
