This set off staff was rude. I normally can get my order customized with no problem but this past two time the staff seemed annoyed with my order. I showed them the picture from Starbuck’s website and what I got didn’t look quite the same. When I asked the staff they said they don’t normally take order from picture, which is weird.

Upcharged for no ice. ordered a grande chai latte with pumpkin cold foam and no ice. got charged 8.98 when the drink was supposed to be 7.34. asked the staff and then started being rude about how the suddenly started charging for no ice when my friend got the same drink and got the drink for 7.34.

Unwelcoming experience overall. Barista seemed annoyed to take my order. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte, and pumpkin spice was sold out. Ordered a different drink, and it was made with different ingredients than ordered.

This is my favorite Starbucks, super convenient to do homework and get jacked on espresso. All the baristas are super kind and really fast. If you don’t know what to order, ask Jennifer, I think she is the manager and was voted best barista in all of Arizona at the annual statewide barista 1v1 tournament and is super creative with what drinks and flavors she thinks of!My favorite baristas are definitely:Jennifer, Valerie, Inanna, Harshitha, Audrey, Karina!

Can the one employee that works here PLEASE stop playing music so loudly? I like his energy, but this is a library. And Starbucks is surrounded by brick. Which means it the sound from the music is not absorbed by the walls but instead bounces back into the open library.We're trying to study here! I've asked several times to turn down the music on multiple days. Every day he works he seems to not understand that you shouldn't play music so loudly in a LIBRARY, even rap music which may be offensive to some due to its content and language.It's a LIBRARY. Not your dorm room.

Like any engineering student I was in noble finishing up some homework and all the sudden I really wanted a Birthday Cake Pop. It was my birthday and I didn't have time to throw a party or celebrate so I thought I would treat myself to a Caramel Frappuccino and a Birthday Cake Pop.It was a dark night after finishing my heat transfer rates for my thermodynamics class, after seeing the line was empty I was filled with excitement at just how short time it will be to indulge in my Birthday Cake Pop. My glands were salivating in anticipation. I approached the barista artist, barely able to contain my joy, I began my order. "Can I get a Birthday Cake Pop with a venti Caramel Frappuccino?""NO," was her response, I felt my heart fall into a deep abyss. She told me she did not have those items. As I felt defeated, she peaked under the counter and widened her eyes and exclaimed, "It looks like we just have one left." She reached down and retrieved the lonely Birthday Cake Pop from its home and placed it on the counter awaiting my indulgence. Understanding the energy balance equation just learned from thermodynamics, I knew my excitement was consuming far too much energy within my own system so I hastily provided payment to input this delicious Birthday Cake Pop energy into my body to rebalance the equation. After the barista received my payment, she reached for the object of my affection, of which I now own. To her surprise and mine, it has disappeared; vanished like a figment of my imagination. Surely spending multiple hours studying for Thermodynamics hasn't taken my sanity, has it? We both looked perplexed, filling me with the understanding that I wasn't going crazy. Like the resulting equation for a control volume system with multiple inputs and outputs, the hunt for the missing Birthday Cake Pop will now begin.The investigation was short lived, much like the amount of time given in my Thermodynamics midterm. As we both looked up from the bare counter, we saw the Birthday Cake Pop Bandit, the sole person responsible for ruining my birthday and deflating my spirits. In her hand, nestled betwixt her thumb and index finger, was a naked white paper stick, still glowing with her saliva. It was baren, much like my stomach. It was empty, much like my hopes. Not a single crump of Birthday Cake Pop remained. It was licked clean. As my gaze traveled from the shining stick to the person holding it, my vision was filled with green. Green, the color of the single birthday candle on my first birthday. Green, the color of the outfield grass I would play centerfield on as a hopeful child. Green, the color of the spring leaves of the tree which i had my first kiss under. Green, the color of so many things that has brought me joy in life. And green, the color of the apron being worn by the person responsible for ruining my birthday and eating my Birthday Cake Pop. That's right. My Birthday Cake Pop, resting safely on the counter awaiting to satisfy my hunger and birthday wishes, was swept up and stolen by a none other than a Starbucks employee. The barista that was helping me looked shocked, "Did you just eat that cake pop" "Mmm Hmm" was the only replay. Words could not escape her mouth, as my Birthday Cake Pop was currently being deliciously devoured as I watched. Green, as in the color of envy that I felt in that moment for what she has tasting. The two employees were admitting apologetic. Given that they could not refund my payment as a manager was not working, they instead graciously offered me a croissant and sandwich to sustain my appetite. Sustain my appetite, they did. Sustain my birthday indulgence, they did not.I wish I could say this was my only negative experience at this Starbucks location, but alas, I am not a liar. it appears the employees that cant cut it at Memorial Union are sent here, to Noble Library, to live out their days in green apron purgatory until the day they graduate. The staff is slow, aloof, and nonchalant about time. It’s just Starbucks. The general scheme is to add powder or syrup to some type of liquid, maybe add ice and shake or blend, and pour it into a cup. It’s not rocket science. If you have somewhere to be, think twice about going or plan 25-30 mins in advance.

Noble Science Library, where I spent the majority of my post-baccalaureate learning biology in an over-air-conditioned building. I don't know how long the Starbucks at the entrance has been there, but thank goodness it is! This is fully equipped Starbucks with their usual selection of foods, beverages that cycle the seasons, and merchandise for purchase. It is, however, more compact than most, so anticipate a long line when all the students arrive. Pro-tip: the hours can never truly be certain. According to Yelp (I may propose an edit to this), this Starbucks opens at 8:00 A.M. I find this dubious, if only because I got my coffee this morning at 7:45 A.M., and I had noticed a small queue of early birds even before then. So, take a chance and come early. Your coffee will be fresh. Although I have patronized this Starbucks countless times, this review solely accounts for this morning. After reloading my Starbucks card, I arrived to be pleasantly surprised by all the Christmas holiday decor -- red cup season is upon us. Only one person was ahead of me in line, so when it was my turn, I ordered the Christmas Blonde Roast. I've been ordering more blondes lately... could use the caffeine boost. The gentleman who took my order seemed to be as tired as I, for he sipped his own coffee while manning the cash register. He told me my coffee would be ready in 5 minutes, so I waited by the cream and sugar island. Being that I had places to be, I watched the time. A couple customers got their beverages before I did, and it seemed that my coffee *was* completed at the 5-minute mark as promised. However (bless his heart), the kindly gentleman forgot about it! Amidst mingling with coworkers and taking orders from other customers, my Christmas Blonde was sitting on the counter -- out of my reach -- for 3 additional minutes! When the cashier realized this, he sprung into action, brought me my cup, apologized for the wait, and off I went. Not a bad save. I get it. The morning rush approaches, so I didn't mind this morning's service; I'm still a fan! Plus, the coffee is out of this world -- easily the best blonde roast I've been served in a good while. So, thanks Starbucks at Noble Library, for this, and for all our many long days together. ASU students and visitors alike, stay productive. Stay caffeinated.
