I give this store 5 stars. Everyone that works there is very customer service friendly! They helped me make decisions on what i should buy (which everyone knows Libras are fickle and need help making a decision). Me and my daughter enjoyed our time shopping there and will definitely be back!!

I called to ask about exchanging a pair of shoes from online, in stores and Kevin informed me I was able to. Even went as far as checking for the shoe and if the size was available for this store and another. Even if that's just protocol, it was much appreciated.

Horrible customer service and product. No answer to calls and bad product. Stay away!!!
