The rooms were not clean! We didn't feel safe, obviously the door had been kicked in! The rooms were so dirty it was crazy. There were long time guests that live there and were fighting and screaming

I have stayed here before in the past with no mishaps. This time around the room had roaches, along with peeling paint. In addition, I stayed for a week and I wanted to extend my stay, so I made a reservation. I went to the office to extend and pay for my room just as I told the lady on the hotel phone whom I spoke to at 11am. I go to the front desk before noon and wanted to pay money in hand. I was told it's after 11am you must checkout, ok I explained I just spoke to the front desk she said we were all good. Well I'm asking you to check out, ok so can I check back in at 3pm with my new reservation I booked a few nights ago. No you have check out I'm asking you too.
I received no explanation for checking out. I asked if my $100.00 deposit will be refunded to my card, I was told no if we ask you to check out you do not get it back.
I'm was staying there because I had no other place to stay and it convenient.
Do not recommend staying at Studio 6 Tempe on Wendler, world is hard already and robbing people for there money is not it. Turned a week stay into a regretful one of giving you my business

The rooms in this place are clean, the staff is very nice , if there is an issue, the address it immediately. The location is good. It is very close to Arizona Mills and I never saw any rough looking people hanging around there which is a huge plus as well! I might add , having a full size refrigerator was a HUGE PLUS TOO ?

I would NOT recommend this place! They don’t keep up with the cleanliness of over half the rooms and there is roaches in MANY rooms, My sister got moved 3 different times and all 3 times there were roaches in the rooms. Charging $100 a night and then having roaches is unacceptable!!

It was the worst experience I've ever had. I couldn't even stay in the room more than an hour because of the smell and so dirty. I've shared some pictures with you to understand what they offered me to stay. It was so unsafe.

This hotel has roaches and the manger screamed at me when I told her about it. She then yelled at me for having an orange out and food in the room I paid for. I think it’s pretty normal to eat food in a hotel room. I politely asked her to please just not yell at me lol. She kept screaming and told me saying “I run this hotel I can kick you out.” All I did was explain the cockroach situation. Insane!! The prices are cheaper than other places in Phoenix, but it is NOT worth it.

Wouldve been 4 stars but the rooms are old and falling apart after a few weeks and the manager legit tried to tell me i have to clean up my room so the housekeeper doesnt have to clean. Let me repeat that, i almost got kicked out bc i didnt clean my room i was moved from for repairs.
News flash for hotel service. Its not your guests responsibility to clean your rooms, its not my responsibility to repair your rooms, it is not my responsibility to do anything but check out on time and not break anything.
I still will not be doing your housekeepers job and i also will not be coming back here again. Dont come here, they expect you to do their job

the room smelt like old mildew , weird wet smell . Otherwise it was clean enough ..
The area is kinda quiet .. the Denny's up the road was pretty good .

I've been staying here for almost a week and everyday I am locked out of my room and when I go to the office there isn't anyone there. in fact, its 5am as I write this and again I am locked out of my room and no one is in the office. I have called the posted number and all they have managed to do was give me a phone number for the customer care department. And don't get me started on the roaches!!!!

Found this place to stay until the work was finished.
This place is very quiet and clean. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely AMAZING!!! Very efficient at their job and their customer service is on point!!! Thank You Jaycee, Samantha and Connie!!! We appreciate everything you do for your guests and the property!!

Rooms: Rooms are a hit and miss. Some of the rooms here smell like tar and it'll stick to your clothes once you go out. Even non-smoking rooms smell like someone's been smoking in them.
Depending on the room you're staying in, there might be small bugs crawling around.
Only good thing about the room is that there's an induction stove for cooking.

I went to the office at around 9 at night and told the lady that I had to pay for VAT with my card. She charged me 192 dollars, supposedly they were going to refund me 100, but to date it has been 5 days and nothing has happened. They send me to my card.
How do they know if I bring more money to get to Mexico if they pass by?

Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. Close to I-10. Honestly great experience.
