Walked in and was told to hold on because they have a lot of online orders. Poor customer service. Helped the customers that comes in then finish up the online order. It wasn’t even busy inside. End up leaving. Maybe hire more people or more people on that shift. Poor management needs to figure that out.

I wish they would fix their beverage and ice dispenser for that reason I have to give 1 star. This machine has been down since before thanksgiving 2023 about 2 months now may have been September. Please get this fix subways. I guess I’ll be supplying my own drinks. Until they fix it.

This website lies they close at 10:00 and then Sundays they close at 9:00 they are not open till 11:00 p.m. FYI everybody

I placed an online order 20 minutes ago! I stood here in the front and watched the female employee working BLATANTLY IGNORE ME! I was very obviously trying to get her attention and she made eye contact with me and quickly averted her eyes. I had to raise my voice to get her attention finally after servicing every other person in this building BUT ME. 20 minutes for an online order?! Thank you for taking up most of my lunch break and being so absolutely rude to me

Delivered my sandwich with missing items. If it was going to be missing items, then I do NOT want it! Called to get compensation only to be treated rudely by the lady on the line. I just want my money back! I'm never eating subway again after this treatment!

The staff messed up my online order by putting the wrong toppings on both sandwiches. Went back on the short lunch that I have to ask respectfully if they can remake the sandwiches and they reluctantly did after saying "we'll they are basically the same" I pay for my food to be how I want it not for it to be "basically the same". 4 staff members and I still had to wait 10 minutes for the 2 sandwiches when there were no customers in the store.

We walked in like 2 mins before closing and they could have told us to get out! Instead she (red hair) welcomed us and allowed me and my daughter to still order. Great subway.
