This subway I had here in Tempe all I can say is the service was poor I didn't like the way the girl served me . I was trying to pay and she acted like I had a disease it was horrible. I don't know if it was my race but I didn't like her response.

Don’t have any famous subway ingredients. Subs are now $15. Associates act like they hate their jobs and it shows in their customer service... And they don’t answer the phone. Straight to voicemail that isn’t set up yet. Why go here at all? Ever ? Simply awful in many ways.

Haven't been to this Subway in a while, and man is it different. Better! We walked in and we were greeted with hello/welcome and a smile. Was "pleasant" to order ?, like we're all friends. We had coupons and they even helped us figure which was the best deal for us. Said our good-byes and I literally left with a good feeling ?. We left with hopes and dreams, of eating our delicious sandwiches back at the house ?.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA parking right in front of the store, two spots. Accessible entry and seating.

placed an online order here and the staff quickly called me to let me know they had ran out of an item I had ordered and they replaced it with something else. Staff was friendly and quick. location was clean

Always different workers every visit. Everyone seems to be nice.I did drop 1 star because 1 visit they closed/locked the door 20 minutes before posted close time.

Even though there was only two employees there service was still friendly and very fast I think one of them was a new hire either way they conducted themselves with great poise and stead fast service my wife and I will be back.

It was a great experience. We took out memebers from a ddd group home here for dinner. The kady was so kind and so patient. Excellent customer service for special needs adults. She took the time and kistened and made sure she understood and gave them what they wanted and respected that they had different levels of communication. She made their experience a great one. She was looking at then and judging them but she saw them as regular ppl. Thanks so much for an awesome experience ?

When you ask for a number 12 turkey cali club and ask to add (key word)black olives, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and for some reason, that's all I got on my sandwich that is supposed to come with wheat Footlong, Toasted Hearty Multigrain, Oven Roasted Turkey, Bacon, BelGioioso® Fresh Mozzarella, Smashed Avocado, Spinach, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Regular Mayonnaise and it came with none of that. No avocado, no nothing.. but yet I get charged full price for a bunch of topping I didn't receive..

Well , I often eat at various subway, and this one is sub-par. My bread was old and dry. Vegetables were old and wilted. Got cookies rather than chips. They also dry dry and hard. Not a good experience.
