Great place I went in for a transmission fluid change when I went to drop the car off they asked what was wrong with the Honda I said lack of acceleration... I also said the number one thing you shouldn't say to a mechanic and that is I don't know anything about cars... Knowing this they could have invented 6 problems to fix instead they said let's look at the car before charging you a lot of cash for something you may not need so it came back as an even cheaper fix so I saved money today and got it fixed right the first time couldn't be happier. The car still needs motor mounts and more work but I will definitely be taking it back for all my repairs Wayne is super helpful

Couldn't ask for any better service. Called this morning for an appointment for oil and filter change. They said they could fit me in at 11. Would take about an hour. They completed in exactly an hour. Received a comprehensive report. Wes, the person at the desk answered all my questions. No pressure to perform additional work. Told him my rear break pads were getting near the yellow point. Told me I had 2 to 3 oil change intervals before I need to be concerned. This will be my go to place for my car service.

Everyone at this location is incredibly kind, communicative, and great at what they do! (Especially Stanley). I don’t think i could trust anyone else to take care of my car.

The diagnostics here are so comprehensive & inexpensive. Ended up finding out significantly more details about the condition of my car that other mechanics failed to bring to my attention. Thankful for these talented individuals.

Best oil change experience! Compared to a dealership, this is so much better. $52 for a synthetic oil change. Called to schedule an appointment yesterday (new customer). Showed up, they were ready for us. Took less than an hour and they texted us once the vehicle was ready along with a detailed 55-point inspection of our vehicle. Extremely impressed! The store manager greeted us with a handshake and introduced the others in the office along with their shop dog who is adorable. 100% recommend visiting for car servicing needs. It’s also nice knowing we’re supporting local. Keep it up, Sun Devil Auto! We will definitely be back.

So when I first got to your shop I specifically asked for tire rotation twice and the guy said yes.. when they were working on it I saw that they put it down without changing the tires so I thought to tell the guy again to remind him since it was still on the left.. he spoke with the mechanic and he came back he said no need for the rotations because they wear out even, but I said yeah but could you please do it because that's what they recommend at discount tire he said but if they're wearing out even then no need it's not going to do anything, then I said yeah but that's what they recommend so can you do it please.. then he looked at his computer clicked few clicks and he said yeah they were out evenly so you're good... It was kind of embarrassing keep asking about it.. so he was diplomatic and respectful but he refused to do it ??♂️.. on the website it says tire rotation upon request and I did request four times.. I left the store unhappy .... ..... Other than this issue, I love Sun devil I've been doing business with them for years in different locations.. I will be coming back again and I will update my review upon the next experience \?

My Dodge journey started making noise from the alternator pulley. A few days later the car died. Had it towed to Sun Devil Auto and after five hours we called to check in status we were quoted 1200 for alternator and serpentine belt. I suppose that is what is to be expected if you don't know how to do the labor yourself to install $400 of parts on your car.

I love Sun Devil Auto, our family has used them for years. They do such a great job of communicating, especially now with the text and email summaries and estimates. Easy to make an appointment and they get the job done in a timely fashion.

Brought my car here for an oil change. I appreciated the vehicle diagnostic report and did not feel any pressure to do anything other than what I came for. They took the time to explain what the purpose of each item was and let me know the cost associated with it. Employees were super friendly and everyone seemed to have done a good job. Was very please and will be back
