Scammers The store must be closed temporarily or permanently. Last review was 11 months ago. The voicemail says, "normal hours are 8a to 5p". I have been there three times in the last three weeks at different times in the afternoon. All three times the door has been locked and all the lights out.I have called three times, left two messages, and no one picks up. I paid $299.99 for a new SSD in October 2019. It lasted 2 yrs and 9 months. I don't know what brand of drive they used, but an SSD drive should last 7-10 years according to all the sites I researched. I use my computer often and heavily for the first drive and it lasted only 5 years. After the Super Crü repair, I got an old iMac to use for online streaming and movie watching. That cut my usage down by 75% at least. Keeping in mind that the HDD in my last MacBook Pro lasted eight years, how did this drive last 2 yrs 9 months and I used it 75% less! Also, from the day I got it from Super Crü it started up twice in order to boot up. I assumed that was normal for an aftermarket SSD. I am a medical student and I had already taken a pretty heavy hit because of the repair time with my GPA. I could not afford to bring it back and have them keep it for another week. It needed to be fixed right the first time which clearly it didn't get fixed right the first time. I feel scammed and the lack of response says it all. I suspect they charged me $299.99 for a low quality drive to make a larger profit. It's also a point that they are no longer a Certified Apple Service Provider according to Apple Support They were in 2019. I just had it looked at by Apple Xchange and he said that 2yrs 9 months is too short of a service life.

I have an iPhone XR that is still in really good shape, runs well, etc, but the battery was starting to not hold a charge. According to the battery health check, it was down to 83% health. I called around to get quotes on replacing the battery, and SuperCru was by far the most reasonably priced. When I called they didn’t have any replacement batteries in stock. They took my name and number and called me when they had more of the batteries my phone needed.I went in that afternoon that they followed up and they had the battery replaced before they closed that day. The battery even comes with a warranty ?Both of the people I interacted with were super kind and professional. I highly recommend this place for the price and the excellent customer service!

Fantastic service by Carl and Vincent . They are extremely professional and helpful!! I would recommend them to anyone They explained everything from start to finish I had a question that my computer was slow Carl said to bring it back no problems And did a another full diagnosis just to make sure it was running as best it could Thank you to the dynamic duo

Good place for certified Mac repair! Entrance doesn't show up on Google maps but it's next door to Desert Computer Solutions. Really nice place on the inside. Great atmosphere. And the workers seem to be knowledgeable. Prices seem fair, turnaround time is good. Overall very pleased with the service so far.

My wait time was very short and the repair was completed when promised. Very happy and will use them again. They also answered questions regarding my computer not related to the repair. This was a repair on my 2019 MacBookPro covered by warranty so I am not sure about what the repair cost would have been if it had been out of warranty.

I had a keyboard issue with my MacBook that was covered by Apple but I couldn't wait the days it would take to fix with the Apple Store as they send your computers to CA or TX generally for repairs.Contacted SuperCru, which are certified by Apple. They could do the work locally, had me hold on to my computer until the part came. Dropped it off on Wednesday evening had it back and working the following day. Excellent option as I only missed one day of work.Highly recommended this them! Especially if you've had the pleasure of having a Genius Bar appointment and have been sitting around 30-45 mins past your appointment time with no help. These guys were fast and efficient! Thank You!

I took my MacBook in for the keyboard replacement program Apple provides. As one of the few qualified service centers approved by Apple for this, I was thrilled to find SuperCru was friendly, helpful and made it a great visit. They also fixed my iPad connector slot in very short time period while I visited. Great shop!

Scratched my iPhone screen so i decided to get it replaced under applecare+. SuperCru was in my area, and had an appointment for the next morning @ 940Am. When I arrived, i was greeted by a woman. She then walked me through how it works, and ran several diagnostics on my phone. I asked what time it would be done, she said it would not take long at all. I mentioned that i needed it by 2PM, she said it would be by noon. It was about 945 when i left them to replace the screen. Day goes on...... Its 205p and I arrive at SuperCru. There is a large gentleman helping another customer. He greeted me and told me he would be right with me. The woman that helped me in the morning was coming from the backroom, saw-me, and immediately walked up to the other employee and whispered to him. Then went right back into an office and closed the door. The male employee then said my phone was not complete, and i needed to wait another 30-45 minutes. At this point i asked why the original quoted time was not met. I was told its because they have other customers. (Understood). I have a schedule to adhere to, so i said it was unacceptable. By this time, im annoyed. He states that they are "Almost" finished with it......... 10 minutes later, still working on it. At this point my schedule is screwed. I then asked for my phone back. He didn't want to give it to me. Then i said again that i wanted my phone back, in any condition and that id go to a real apple store. He went into the back and got my phone. I walked out and will never return to that business. Note, my screen was not replaced. IT was not warmed (in order to remove the screen) - THEY FORGOT TO WORK ON MY PHONE! Horrible customer service. DO NO VISIT

I STOPPED HERE FOR MY IPHONE REPAIR. CARL HELPED TO TROUBLESHOOT THE SITUATION AND WAS A VERY HELPFUL GUY. HE WAS PATIENT AND FRIENDLY, MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE FIXED MY IPHONE! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR APPLE IPHONE REPAIR. PLUS, THE MID CENTURY MODERN DECOR IN THE LOBBY IS OFF THE CHARTS COOL!

When I was referred to SuperCru, I called ahead to see what I was getting myself into and the person who answered the phone was not only very friendly but was confident about taking care of my iPhone issue. Upon arrival, I was greeted by staff in a friendly manner and when my issue was taken care of in a timely fashion I was able to get back to my day. These guys were all around awesome. Thank you for your help! I'll definitely come back.

I had a great experience with the team at SuperCru! I needed to replace the battery for my Macbook Pro over the holidays, but the Apple stores were closed. I saw that SuperCru had an appointment open and booked it. Since I work remotely, I only had a week to get it sorted. The guy that helped me out was super friendly and efficient. Even though they had to get the parts shipped to the store, it only took a few days. Once they had the parts, it was less than 24 hours turnaround. Also got a free keyboard + trackpad replacement. All for free (through Apple - ask the SuperCru guys if you qualify). Honestly, whether free or not, I'd choose this place over Apple stores if you want to avoid a headache. Would highly recommend!
