Be careful. They will tell you lies and will say no refunds right upfront. Don’t go here , go to a different store .I purchased a prepaid Sim and they didn’t even activate it. Seems like they don’t know anything at all.

We purchased an Onyx Studio 8 from a different store but I didn’t like that I had to keep it plugged in. We tried returning the speaker at this store and they said they can’t do returns since it wasn’t their store that sold the accessory. T-Mobile policy allows you to return accessories or devices at any authorized location within the 14 day grace period.It’s not that the store couldn’t do returns, it’s because they are lazy and incompetent. The only time do their jobs unless someone is purchasing or switching over. It takes five minutes to do a return. These guys should be working as a store clerk or someone that sits behind a register scanning grocery items.

Employees are kind but if you want to transfer your phone number to T-Mobile call to T-Mobile by yourself, they can't do it in a store

We asked to talk to the store manager and the Mobile Expert told us that he won't come out because of just a return. It's not that the store couldn't do returns, it's because they are lazy and incompetent. The only time do their jobs unless someone is purchasing or switching over. It takes five minutes to do a return. These guys should be working as a store clerk or someone that sits behind a register scanning grocery items. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. Go to a corporate location such as the one in the mall. By reading all the reviews, they don't even allow you to pick the plan you want. They only want to sell you the most expensive plan since it pays them the most in commission.

Nonchalant staff who doesn’t bother to help you sign up for their own phone plans. Told me Go5G plus was the only plan they offered in store and the rest was online only.

Worst customer service. They are incapable of doing anything at all. The people working there are unaware about anything. Never go to store and expect them to work. They should close the store because its of no use at all. Their employees are useless.

Rude unhelpful employees. Scammed an old man and now he's stuck with a huge bill. Employee won't let us talk to the manager to try to help the old man out. The employee had no name tag and when asked, deverted answer and pressed said his name is Brandon. I know it's not. New employees putting Blane on old employees but not willing to help. Bad rep of the company.

There are a big scam I went to the store to ask for the rsem phone number but they said they could ent give it to me because of safety reasons that is not true because I went to a different t mobile store and they give me there rsem but he wasn’t any help because they are not owned by the same person just don’t go to the same store there a big scam but I will still be canceling my plan with T-Mobile

To begin this store was not my issue. I was not sure where I needed to leave my review regarding changing my home internet but this is where I got my motum from so it seemed more appropriate. The internet so far is a 4/5 it sums up the same as what I was getting from Cox for $90 a month but now I’m only paying $30 ( I have magenta max ) a month which seems more fair. The process of swapping was fairly easy & I didn’t need a tech to come out. I have mine placed near a window like they wanted & it works fine. As far as billing goes was a little difficult to figure out because the deal they have is that they can cover up to $500 for home internet swap with the provider you’re leaving for tmobiles home internet. My monthly bill from Cox was &90.24 as my final. T-Mobile only covered 45% of that instead of the full cost. Which isn’t a huge deal but I was under the impression they’d pay it out & I’d just go forward with my bill with T-Mobile. So I think that the coverage up to $500 is a percent of something else and a portion of what your old providers bill is so keep that in mind when switching. As a final I called t mobile with my concern & they did just write off my first months bill with them off as a courtesy so they in the end helped out with going through a few different agents. Overall I am satisfied with their service & will continue to share with friends of their newest addition to help save some $$ as it’s helping mine out quite a bit since everything is going up in cost lately.Side note: when changing the user and password the lady at T-Mobile did mention not to change it for at least 3 months after set up, as this was causing issues for some people. I have not changed mine I’m waiting till November ( 3 months total ) to avoid any issues. In case you decide to get their motum of course it’s a random name and long but does not bother me since it’s saved after putting in the first time. ?
